The head of the bed faces south. See if your door is near that direction. If you are in the south, your bedside faces north; if you are in the north, it faces south, preferably south. This is not just a matter of feng shui.

People can sleep along the equator, which is consistent with the magnetic field direction of the South Pole and the North Pole, and is good for their health. I don't know the details. If there is no way to face east, don't face north!
