Rural people often say, "Mountain the mountain to find the water entrance, enter the cave to see the bright hall." What is the search for the cave to determine the tomb?
The scripture says: "Water is the blood meridian of the Shan family." Water is produced by the dragon's energy, and the ancestral mountain of the dragon is the source of the water flowing in front of the cave.
The water mouth is the outlet of the water that can be seen within sight before the cave. Water is the blood of the dragon. If there is no water for the dragon, it is unknown where the dragon comes from. There is no water element in the cave, so we don't know where the dragon stopped. Shuikou is where dragons and water meet.
Yin and Yang are the origin of everything in the world. Feng Shui believes that dragon belongs to Yin and water belongs to Yang. When Yin and Yang meet, vitality will prevail. If yin and yang are strangers to each other, solitary yang will not grow and solitary yin will not arise. In the final analysis, the good and bad luck of Feng Shui comes from whether the Yin and Yang Qi of dragon and water are in harmony. It’s the same principle as the birth and reproduction of animals. If yin and yang cannot meet, there will be no life.
As the saying goes, "Mountains manage people, water manages wealth." The water around the destination controls the wealth of future generations, and the quality of the soil around the cemetery is related to the prosperity of future generations. In the final analysis, the choice of cemetery is the choice of water and soil.
"The green dragon on the left, the white tiger on the right, the red bird in front and the Xuanwu in the back" are the basic principles for choosing a cemetery. To put it simply, it is surrounded by mountains to the west and has a broad view. This will be conducive to the prosperity and financial development of future generations. Pay attention to the unity of nature and man. The purpose of the zigzag principle is to block the evil spirits coming from the front.
"The upper-class gentleman watches the stars, the middle-class gentleman looks for the water outlet, and the lower-class gentleman walks all over the mountain." This is a popular jingle among Feng Shui people. One inch higher is the mountain, one inch lower is the water. It is not easy to observe this, but when it rains, it becomes self-evident.
The original meaning of "Mingtang" is that the ancient kings sat in the north and listened to government affairs facing south, and the south where officials worshiped faced the Ming Palace. In Feng Shui, the three-dimensional space in front of the acupuncture point is compared to a bright hall. The existence, size and quality of the Mingtang are important indicators for judging the authenticity of the Dragon Cave. So when you go to the acupuncture point, you first look at the Mingtang to know whether there is an acupuncture point or not.
"The true dragon lives surrounded by mountains, and the bright hall is where the water gathers." The bright hall should always be gentle, bright, open, and round. It is taboo to be tilted, closed, or too empty.
Shuikou and Mingtang are the basic elements for finding acupuncture points, and both must comply with the basic principles of Feng Shui. Only the acupoints found will be good acupoints, which will be of great benefit to future generations.
