After the District Guotufangguan Bureau determines the property right compensation or pricing compensation for permanent relocation houses, it shall fill in the Audit Form of Property Right Compensation for Private Houses in Centralized/Sporadic Renovation Projects (attachment 1), Audit Form of Pricing Compensation for Private Houses in Centralized Renovation Projects (attachment 2) and Audit Form of Household Resettlement for Houses Directly under Centralized/Sporadic Renovation Projects (attachment 3) respectively. At the same time, submit the appraisal report of dangerous houses, surveying and mapping, file retrieval form, property right certificate or ownership certificate, appraisal reply, notice of emergency repair escrow, notice of no owner escrow, notice of withdrawal of directly managed public houses, planning approval, land use approval, and demolition announcement, and submit them to the Municipal Reconstruction Institute for review. The Municipal Finance Bureau supervises the exchange of property rights and pricing compensation for the permanent relocation houses in the renovation and demolition of dilapidated houses, and gives pricing compensation for the demolition of dangerous houses in the municipal reconstruction institute and district Guotufangguan Bureau on the basis of the documents approved by the Municipal Guotufangguan Bureau.
