Toyota Corolla replaces the water in the water tank. The drain valve of the water tank has a white plastic column (not the bottom) on the lower right side of the back of the water tank. Remove the two uprights to drain the water in the water tank. Never remove the water tank cover when the engine is in a high temperature state. High-pressure engine coolant will be ejected from the water tank, which may cause serious burns. When the antifreeze temperature is high, it is forbidden to open the water tank cover or drain valve to avoid scalding.
Corolla water tank capacity: 1.2T displacement manual version 6.2 liters, CVT version 6.4 liters, intercooler coolant storage tank capacity 2. 1 liter. 1.6L displacement manual version 5.6 liters, CVT version 5.7 liters, 1.8L displacement 6.2 liters. After draining the water in the water tank, install the drain valve and add new coolant to the coolant filler in the engine compartment. When adding coolant, use the mixed solution of diluted coolant concentrated solution and clean tap water, and the ratio is 1: 1. The specific proportion is indicated in the purchased coolant tank.
