Article 8 A development enterprise shall organize family house selection according to the house selection order determined by the lottery, and publish a house selection announcement at the sales site and official website of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee five working days before the house selection date, specifying the time, place and batch arrangement of house selection.
Each applicant family can only buy one set of self-occupied commercial housing. After the priority family in the opinion chooses a house, other applicants will continue to choose a house in turn.
