Why is the weather so foggy in early spring?

February and March every year are the seasons when the climate changes the most in the south. For me, who grew up in the north, the south in early spring always surprises me. Sometimes it’s so cold that you wear cotton-padded clothes, and the next day it’s so sweltering that it feels like midsummer. In this change of hot and cold, the sky is mostly foggy.

You are from the South.

When there is sufficient moisture, breeze, and stable atmosphere, if the air close to the ground cools to a certain extent, the moisture in the air will condense into fine water droplets suspended in the air, making the ground level. Visibility is reduced, this weather phenomenon is called fog. Fog occurs more often in spring from February to April.
