Is Jeffery Ji the worst town in Huai 'an?

No. South Jeffery Ji belongs to Huaiyin District, Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province, 22km southwest of Huaiyin District. It is the hub of South Transportation, with Wharf Town in the north, Gaojiayan Town in the south, wucheng town in the west and Wudun Town in the east. Wangshun Road runs through the north and south, and Chen Wu Road-Chen Wu Road runs through the east and west, with convenient transportation. Jeffery Ji is not the worst town in Huai 'an. Zhangfu River flows slowly from the center of the town.
