There are 1 Dongba vehicle bases in the first phase of Beijing Metro Line 3, including the rolling stock depot of Beijing Metro Line 3 and 12, comprehensive maintenance center, general material warehouse and special vehicle testing base. The vehicle base is located in the north of dongfeng station and south of Dongba Road, with a total area of about 63 1 000 square meters.

The first-phase project of Line 3 is equipped with 1 10KV traction substation 1 in Chaoyang Park, and tie lines are set at Workers Stadium Station, Chaoyang Park Station and Beijing Metro 17 and 14 respectively, with a total length of about 1km.
