Bodhisattva is the transliteration (abbreviated translation) of Sanskrit, and the full translation is "Bodhisattva stack". Its meaning is that "Bodhi" means enlightenment, "Sattva" means sentient beings, and Bodhisattva means awakened sentient beings. Sentence refers to a life with love and affection. Anyone who believes in Buddhism and studies Buddhism and vows to save others or even sacrifice himself to save others can be called a Bodhisattva. That is to say, from the initial intention and vow to the attainment of Buddhahood, everyone can be called a Bodhisattva. Therefore, there are differences between ordinary Bodhisattvas and sage Bodhisattvas. According to Huayan, Bodhisattvas are divided into fifty-two stages (ten faiths, ten abodes, ten practices, ten deeds, ten grounds, equal enlightenment, and wonderful enlightenment). Because there are obstacles in understanding and cannot access the methods of salvation that are as numerous as dust and sand, it is called dust and sand. Some people are only enlightened in the seventh level (sages), some are in the first level when they are enlightened, and some are in a higher state when they are enlightened, and even become Buddhas directly. However, without the accumulation of good roots in the Bodhisattva Vehicle, it is difficult to directly enter the Buddha Vehicle, which makes some meditators very arrogant. Tantra's perfect rainbow light incarnations during their lifetime (the physical body is completely integrated into the Dharma Realm, and even the hair and nails are not left behind) should directly become a Buddha or at least achieve the Bodhisattva status above the tenth level; and those who still have a shrinking body and have a rainbow incarnation are also At least it has been certified to eight places or more.

If you seek to achieve this place, you will be close to the Buddha's fruition, and you will be able to accomplish things that benefit living beings. Therefore, you will feel great joy in your heart, so it is also called the place of joy. The Bodhisattva of the first level is different from the ordinary people or virtuous Bodhisattvas before the first level. The Bodhisattva of the first level has immeasurable merits and virtues by reciting the Buddhas, and he is sure that he will achieve Buddhahood in the future, so his heart is very happy. Although ordinary people diligently recite the Buddhas, they cannot think "I will become a Buddha", so their joy is different from that of the first-level Bodhisattva. The bodhisattva of the first level has nine kinds of joy: more faith and respect, more loving thoughts, more joy, more tenderness, more enthusiasm, more acceptance, more freedom from harming others, more freedom from annoying sentient beings, and more freedom from hatred. The Tibetan Secret Nyingmapa's own sect, the Madhyamaka sect and the Visanaika sect recognize the same view of the elimination of obstacles in the ten Mahayana grounds. The eighty-two kinds of troubles arising from troubles and obstacles are all eliminated when the first ground sees the path. (3) The body and mind are soft and peaceful. (4) Feeling happy when speaking the Dharma. (5) Have pure faith in Buddhism. (6) Feel compassion for all living beings and provide them with rescue. The continuity of sentient beings; being able to travel to the land of hundreds of Buddhas in an instant; with the power of wonderful wisdom, being able to think about hundreds of profound Dharma doors in an instant. This is not done with the similar wisdom of hearing and thinking, but with the wisdom of hearing and thinking. Cultivate wisdom to feel the true taste of the Dharma; use supernatural power to manifest hundreds of different bodies in an instant; around each incarnation there are hundreds of disciples solemnly surrounding them as their dependents, these are not other people. Of course, we can make some preliminary or general judgments based on the seven signs of the first-level Bodhisattva. Master Shengyan pointed out that although Bodhisattvas are divided into ordinary people and sages, there is no need to require the first-time Bodhisattva to do the same as the holy Bodhisattva. He must approach all sentient beings with a compassionate heart and soft words, and must not slander others. Although a Bodhisattva may wish to live with his wife, he must guard against her destroying his Taoism just as he would an enemy; although guarding against his wife is like raising an enemy, he must not treat his wife as an enemy, and must still love and care for her at all times. Her affection. A Bodhisattva should regard women as tigers, wolves, and poisonous snakes, but he is not afraid of the destruction and shaking of love, because the Bodhisattva's pure heart is like a lotus flower, which is born in the mud but does not touch the mud. A Bodhisattva is one who renounces desires. Although he enters the obstacle of love and desire in order to save his life, he will not be tainted by love and desire. A Bodhisattva who lives alone in the mountains will not feel fear; although his wife lives among families, it still feels like she is alone in the mountains. Often in a peaceful and peaceful state of mind, there is no distinction between pain and joy.
