Is there a difference between Nanjing Museum and Six Dynasties Museum?

Nanjing Museum is located at No.321,Zhongshan East Road, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, covering an area of over 70,000 square meters. It is the first large-scale comprehensive museum invested by the state in China.
The Six Dynasties Museum is located at No.302 Changjiang Road, Xuanwu District, Nanjing, east of Dong Jian Road and north of Changjiang Road. It is the most comprehensive site museum in China that displays the cultural relics of the Six Dynasties, and it is also the most systematic thematic museum that reflects the culture of the Six Dynasties.
2. Different regions:
The site of the Six Dynasties Museum is a part of the original Jiankang City of the Six Dynasties, with a total investment of 250 million yuan and a construction area of more than 23,000 square meters. Among them, the underground building area is 1. 1 10,000 square meters, and the above-ground building area is1.20,000 square meters.
Nanjing Museum covers an area of10.3 million square meters, and has a pattern of "one hospital and six museums", namely, history museum, special exhibition hall, digital museum, art museum, non-legacy museum and Republic of China museum. It has the only national folklore research institution in China Museum.
3. Different designers:
The preparatory office originally planned to build three museums, namely, humanities, crafts and nature. 1936 started construction. It was designed by Xu Jingzhi, a famous architect at that time. Later, under the guidance of Mr. Liang Sicheng and Mr. Liu Dunzhen, it was modified according to the Liao Dynasty guild hall building.
The Six Dynasties Museum was designed by a senior design team led by Mr. Bei Jianzhong, the son of the world famous architect I.M. Pei. The modules, geometry and light and shadow of Bayesian architecture were systematically applied here. It was officially opened to the public on August 1 1 2004.
