What are the places where the temperature is higher in winter?

Simao district belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate zone of low latitude plateau, and the climate in the territory is three-dimensional and obvious. There are four different climate types: north tropical, south subtropical, middle subtropical and north subtropical, which are characterized by low latitude, high temperature, rainy, humid and still wind. Annual average temperature 17.8℃, annual average rainfall 1524.4 mm, frost-free period of 3 18 days, extremely cold in winter, extremely hot in summer and mild in four seasons.
