1, change the valve opening.

Change the diameter of outlet cross section of vortex air pump. When the diameter of cross-sectional area decreases, the local resistance of the pipeline increases, the characteristic curve of the pipeline becomes steep, the working point moves from m to M 1, and the flow rate decreases from QM to QM 1. On the contrary, when the cross-sectional area of the inlet and outlet increases, the pipeline resistance decreases, the pipeline characteristic curve flattens, the resistance decreases, and the flow rate increases accordingly.

2. Change the rotational speed of vortex air pump.

Changing the rotating speed of the scroll air pump is essentially changing the characteristic curve of the pump. The original rotational speed of the vortex air pump is n, and the working point is m. If the rotational speed of the vortex air pump increases to n 1, the characteristic curve H-Q of the vortex air pump moves up, the working point moves from m to M 1, and the flow rate increases from QM to QM 1. If the rotational speed of the vortex air pump is reduced to n2, the working point is moved to M2, and the flow rate is reduced to QM2.

Then the main control parameters of the electronic control valve are: nominal diameter, design nominal pressure, allowable temperature range of medium, flow coefficient and so on. However, the key to the quality of electronic control valve depends on the sealing performance of electronic control valve. However, the sealing performance of the valve is mainly divided into two aspects, one is internal leakage and the other is external leakage, so we must pay attention to the sealing performance when choosing the electric regulating valve. In addition, environmental protection, energy saving and convenient installation and maintenance should also be considered when selecting the electric control valve, which can bring great convenience to the follow-up work.

In addition, if the fan vibrates during operation, it can be eliminated from the following aspects;

1. The pressure of vortex air pump is high. A. Wrong selection of vortex air pump (air volume is too small). B. the pipeline is blocked. Remove the outlet of vortex air pump, clean up the stolen goods in the pipeline, and check whether the aeration head is blocked. If it is blocked, please replace it. C. air chamber (oil-gas separation tank) is blocked. Please disassemble the outlet (opening) of the vortex air pump for debugging. If the pressure of the scroll air pump does not drop to 0MPA, the air chamber is blocked, so it is necessary to disassemble and check the air chamber, otherwise the pipeline needs to be checked.

2. If the bearing of the vortex air pump or motor is damaged, remove the vortex air pump or replace the motor.

3. The interior of the double impeller vortex air pump is damaged. A. Stolen goods may enter the vortex air pump.

4, vortex air pump water rust, disassembly and repair.
