How to disassemble the kitchen faucet?
1. Remove the small screw on or behind the faucet handle, and then remove the handle fixed on the faucet body. A small number of faucet screws will be under plastic buttons, metal buttons or plastic sheets. Just turn on the button and you will see the handle screw installed at the top. For a faucet that has been used for a long time or has not been used for a long time, its screws may become tight due to rust and other reasons. If this happens, you can choose to drop some lubricating oil into it.
If the screw is hidden in the hole, it is suggested to observe it with a flashlight first. This mainly depends on whether the fixing screw inside is cross or straight, and then loosen it with the corresponding screwdriver. This screw of a few brands of faucets is an inner hole, which is more troublesome to disassemble. When using alternative tools, special attention should be paid not to damage the screw mouth. When this screw is loosened, the handle can be taken off.
3. At this moment, you will see a big copper nut. Use adjustable wrench to remove the nut first, and then you can remove the valve core of the faucet. Observe whether the copper plane under the valve core is uneven and whether there are fine sand particles, and clean it up.
