Questions about fate
Who is the real master of fate? Does God predestine the fate of mankind to be rich and poor?
In fact, in the law of "causal cycle", it has been clearly told us that the real master of human destiny is not others, but ourselves!
Because everything is of my own making!
You are malicious in this life, killing life, and you are doomed to be short-lived or sick in the next life.
You have compassion in your life, and if you don't kill, you are doomed to live a long and healthy life in your next life!
If you try your best to hinder the interests of others in this life, you will have doomed yourself to a long fate in the next life!
You are always arrogant and always look down on others in your life, so you have doomed yourself to be humble in the next life!
You are stingy in this life and refuse to help the poor, then you are doomed to be poor in the next life!
You have never been stingy in your life, and you have been contributing money or helping the poor, so you are destined to be rich in your next life!
All this is doomed to their own destiny! The master of fate is not who he is. No one can impose it on you, everything is self-made!
And your destiny in this life is exactly what you did in your last life, and it is your destiny.
Many people said to me, "I am a kind-hearted person in my life, always eager to help others, but why am I hated because of being struck by lightning?"
There are also many people who say, "I have done a lot of good things in my life, and I treat people with conscience." Why have I been so depressed? " Others are often ruthless and unscrupulous. Why can they rise to the top? "
In fact, what we do in this life may not be rewarded soon, some will be rewarded in later years, and most will be rewarded in the next life. And most of the retribution in this life is the "karma" planted in previous lives. Just like debt:
My kindness in my life has been struck by lightning, and my enthusiasm for helping others has been hated by others. I owe this "debt" to others in my last life, and I will feel the same way in my life. This is a debt. Only when this debt is paid off can we enjoy the reward of "kindness"
The delay in this life is precisely the "debt" that I owed in my last life by unscrupulous means at the expense of others. When this debt is paid off, I can enjoy the reward of "doing good deeds"
This person who has reached the peak in this world has planted good karma in his last life and is getting good results in this life. Only when this "good result" is over will he be rewarded with "ruthlessness" and "harming others and benefiting himself".
If the "debt" owed in the previous life is very heavy, it will take a long time to pay it back in this life. The previous "debt" was light, and the time to pay it back in this life was short. That's fair.
Therefore, the cycle time of good and evil retribution is unbalanced, some get obvious retribution within a few years, and some get more than ten years or decades; Some get retribution in the next generation; Some will not get what they deserve until the last two or three lives.
Don't forget a very important circular law: people with too many "bad causes" are too heavily in debt; This kind of person is likely to be a "hairy and horned" animal in the next life, and even after several generations of animal karma, he can be reincarnated (which involves the issue of "reincarnation").
The periodic law of good and evil retribution often appears a kind of "offset" phenomenon, such as:
If you plant good causes in your last life, you should have ten years of good returns in this life, but if you plant bad causes in this life, the future good returns will be reduced for several years.
On the contrary, if you plant evil causes in your last life, there should be bad consequences for several years in this life, but planting good causes in this life will also reduce the time for bad results in the future.
If the good causes in this world continue to increase rapidly, it will inevitably eliminate bad karma soon. This formula of "addition and subtraction" depends on who is more important, good or evil, and who is less important, just like Libra. This is the truth that "life is made by me and happiness is sought by me".
This is the principle of improving fate.
Since the people in the previous life are destined to be punished in this life intentionally or unintentionally, it is necessary to reflect on it in time, increase the good cause in time, increase the weight of "good" quickly, offset the bad consequences quickly, and then permanently increase the good cause, so that they can enjoy the good result as soon as possible. This is the only way to improve your destiny.
There was a "master" who improved his destiny in the Ming Dynasty. His family name is Yuan. He changed his fate of "short life", "childless" and "nameless" by doing good deeds for a long time. Become a saint respected by future generations to "improve" fate.
Yuan Lefan was born in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty and lived in Wujiang, south of the Yangtze River. When I was a child, my family was poor and I studied medicine to eat. Once I went to Ciyun Temple, I met a bearded old man named Kong, who was extraordinary in appearance and hale in spirit, and was good at fortune-telling of "the number of emperors". So Mr. Yuan asked him to go home and let him use the eight characters at home to calculate. It really works. Also let him use his own eight characters to verify his life in detail.
The Kong warlock is absolutely unambiguous. It is decided that Mr. Yuan will be ranked 14 for boys in the county next year, 7 1 for the government, and 9 for promotion. It was also decided that he was admitted to Gong Shi in a certain year, and that Mr. Yuan could only be a junior officer for three years. He will die until he is 53 years old, and finally go to bed on August 14, with no interest in children.
In the second year, all three exams calculated by the Kong warlock were fulfilled.
Twenty years later, all kinds of good and bad luck calculated by Kong warlock came true completely.
Therefore, Mr. Yuan is convinced that the ups and downs of life are all fate, and we can't force them at all. From then on, I don't have any delusions, and everything is resigned to fate.
Later, I went to Qixia Mountain in Nanjing and met a monk, Zen Master Yungu, who explained to Mr. Yuan the retribution of the "causal cycle of good and evil" and explained in detail the truth that "life is made by me and happiness is sought by me", encouraging Mr. Yuan not to be an ordinary person who is "at the mercy of fate".
Under the guidance of Zen master Yungu, Mr. Yuan realized a lot and made up his mind to create his own new destiny. So he knelt before the Buddha first, exposed his past sins to the fullest, and sincerely repented one by one. Then I vowed to do 3 thousand good deeds in advance. I asked for an exam, and all the good and evil I said and did every day were registered.
In less than two years, although three thousand good deeds are not full, they have won the prize, and the fate calculated by the Kong warlock has not been verified. However, because Mr. Yuan is not rigorous and self-sufficient, his good deeds are sometimes offset. So, it took ten years to complete 3,000 good deeds, and Mr. Yuan was promoted from a juren to a scholar and was appointed as the magistrate of Baodi County in Zhili. He has deeply realized the benefits of diligence and good deeds, so he vowed to do 3 thousand good deeds in order to have children. Sure enough, I gave birth to a son in less than half a year. His wife, Mrs. Yuan, is also very virtuous. She tries her best to help her husband do good deeds, or help the poor and the sick, or buy things to set them free. Mr. Yuan recites the scriptures and worships the Buddha every day, doing good deeds extensively, and then continuing to do good deeds to achieve perfection. Don't beg for longevity, live to 74 years old. His son Yuan Tianqi, also a scholar, was awarded the position of magistrate of Gaoyao County, Guangdong Province.
This is the sacred achievement of Mr. Yuan Lefan's courage to reflect on himself, his diligence in doing good deeds and accumulating virtue, which completely changed the original "doomed" fate and gave the greatest enlightenment to the people who studied fatalism philosophy in later generations. It also shows that doing good deeds can create your own new destiny. Empty is color, color is empty, and Buddhism is wonderful; Try to wake people up, bodhisattva often appears in the sea of suffering; If you want to become a Buddha, be a man first, be a man first. I often learn Maitreya's smile, and my smile can accommodate emptiness; Don't ride a horse, don't ride an ox, this is the most moderate.
