Effects: The upper burner is the heart and lungs, the middle burner is the spleen and stomach, the lower burner is the liver and kidneys, the palms are held up, and the little finger and ring finger feel numb.
Second style: Open the bow from left to right like a shooting vulture
Instructions of action: 1. Step forward with left foot to the left, cross your palms upwards in front of your chest. Take a horse stance with two legs, just like shooting with a bow and arrow from left to right. Pull the right palm to the right chest, and push the left palm to the left in a splayed position (the thumb and index finger are in a splayed position, and the other three fingers are bent back), and draw the bow to the roundest point. Sixth pose: Climb the feet with both hands to strengthen the kidneys and waist
