● Registration conditions: ① Good ideological and moral character and study habits; (2) Excellent English scores in the primary school graduation examination (registered students in this city who have not yet taken the graduation examination in primary schools must be assessed as excellent in the English scores in the next semester and last semester of the fifth and sixth grades), have a strong interest in learning foreign languages, articulate and imitate well; (3) Good health, up to standard in sports.

● Registration method: ① Graduates who meet the requirements and are willing to apply for public primary schools in Siming District and Huli District should fill in "Foreign Language School" as their first choice in the characteristic schools that initially recruit registration forms. ② Graduates studying in legal private primary schools in Siming District and Huli District and primary school graduates studying outside the island are required to go back to the island for further study. Students who meet the requirements and are willing to apply directly to foreign language schools with initial enrollment forms and other materials. (3) The registration methods for primary school graduates in Jimei, Haicang, Tongan and Xiang 'an districts shall be formulated through consultation between foreign language schools and district education bureaus, and implemented after being reported to the Municipal Education Bureau for the record.

● Admission places: ① Fresh graduates of public and private primary schools in Siming District (excluding those attached to foreign languages) and 265 people who returned to Siming District for further study; ② Fresh graduates from public and private primary schools in Huli District and 160 people who returned to Huli District for further study; ③ 15 graduates of primary schools affiliated to foreign languages (non-common languages are listed separately, and they must be students who actually studied in our school before February 22nd this year and have official student status); ④ There are 90 people in jimei district, Haicang District, Tongan District and Xiang 'an District. The admission places in each district are determined by the foreign language school after consultation with the district education bureaus, and reported to the municipal education bureau for the record.

● Admission method: ① According to the admission quota, 60 students from Siming District 1.060 (excluding the primary school attached), 640 students from Huli District and 60 students from the primary school attached were randomly selected by computer to participate in the organization organized by foreign language schools. (2) The foreign language school shall determine the interviewers according to 1: 1 according to the admission places of Siming District (excluding the attached primary school), Huli District and the attached primary school, and according to the test scores of candidates from high to low. ● Organization: The public primary schools in Siming District and Huli District shall summarize and fill in the list of students in foreign language schools according to the initial registration form of students in the district, and submit the data of students who meet the registration conditions to the District Education Bureau before June 5. On June 6th, the Education Bureaus of Siming District and Huli District submitted the summary data of students applying for foreign language schools in public primary schools in this district to the Municipal Admissions Office. The data of applicants who attend private primary schools and return to the domicile of the island for further study shall be summarized by foreign language schools and submitted to the Municipal Admissions Office. The Municipal Admissions Office organized a computer lottery to select students who participated in the English learning ability test in foreign language schools.
