Number of bolts for splayed wall

deformity

The seepage of shear wall external wall is mostly caused by the lax sealing of bolt holes in formwork wall after construction; The seepage of porous brick exterior wall is mainly due to incomplete mortar joint, empty joint or external solid and internal deficiency; At the same time, some porous bricks are of poor quality and have cracks on the surface, so they are not carefully selected when used as external walls, leaving hidden dangers. In addition, the quality supervision department found in the complaint investigation of residential quality engineering that most of them used new wall materials, especially fly ash concrete aerated block. After some aerated block interior walls are delivered for use 1 to 2 years, shell and cracks often appear on the coating, especially on the exterior walls. For example, "interface cracks" are easy to appear in the connection parts between indoor and columns and beams. When the wall is long, vertical shrinkage cracks will appear in the middle. This is because the aerated concrete block has unstable material properties and large shrinkage value, and the material shrinkage will produce tensile stress in the wall.

On the basis of the above surface treatment, flexible waterproof interface agent should be used for the problems of cracking, shelling and water seepage of the external wall of aerated block; Mortar adopts mortar mixed with anti-seepage thickening powder (light bulk density, reducing thermal shock) or anti-crack and anti-seepage mortar mixed with polypropylene fiber; The mortar surface layer is embedded with flexible waterproof putty; Brush the surface with high elastic waterproof coating, which can not only cover the surface cracks, but also be waterproof. In addition, dry construction can also be used, but only if the appearance and dimensional quality of the aerated block are continuously improved, and the veneer can be embedded with a thin layer of gypsum and putty. In this way, the shortcomings of ordinary plastering layer applied to aerated block are overcome, and it has the characteristics of fast construction speed, small shrinkage, good adhesion to the base and not easy to crack and shell.

(1) Shrinkage crack: it is caused by the change and shrinkage of materials, and it is generally reticulate on the wall, and two different materials may be formed at its interface;

(2) Temperature cracks: caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation, generally horizontal cracks along the ring beam of the top floor (flat roof), vertical cracks along the window corner, diagonal cracks along the window corner or the inner longitudinal wall (multi-end, large, basically without middle); There is also an interface attached to the wall along the chimney; ?

(3) Settlement cracks: inclined cracks in the wall caused by uneven (differential) settlement of the foundation; Upper horizontal crack caused by pulverization compression of mortar joint; Vertical cracking of reinforced concrete beams caused by bearing settlement. ?

(4) Deformation cracks: cross cracks on the wall caused by deformation; Vertical cracks in vertical and horizontal walls; Fracture caused by inclination, etc. ?

(5) Structural cracks: also called load cracks caused by load, such as multiple vertical cracks in the wall column under the beam; Transverse horizontal cracks, oblique cracks and circumferential vertical cracks in the middle of the beam slab; Shear oblique crack at bearing edge; Transverse cracks in tensile members, etc. ?

Among the above cracks, (1), (2) and a small amount (3) are not dangerous, while (3), (4) and (5) are dangerous, but they are not absolute, and need on-site identification and analysis.
