Temperature requirement

Wall putty drying

In winter construction, whether it is wallpaper pasting or painting, the putty on the wall must be fully dry. If the putty is not completely dry and the firmness is poor, the most common problem is that the putty may become warped after brushing the basement membrane and pasting the wallpaper. So make sure the putty is dry before laying wallpaper.
