How to build a simple henhouse in rural areas
1, choose a place
When building simple chicken coops in rural areas, we should pay attention to the choice of places. Chicken coops are generally built in the northwest corner to let chickens feel the light correctly. At the same time, the building area should choose a place with open terrain and good ventilation to avoid poor ventilation in the chicken house, which will lead to infectious diseases in the chickens.
2. Construction method
When building simple henhouses in rural areas, we should also pay attention to the construction methods. First of all, we need to divide an area two to three meters long and one to two meters wide in the northwest corner. Then, we need to use bricks and cement to build columns at the four corners of the divided area. After connecting the columns with boards, we can cover the top with plastic roofs or straw sheds.
3. Installation of facilities
After the henhouse is built, a henhouse will be built inside. First put a row of bricks near the inner wall, then put a wooden stick or board on it, and put several chicken nests made of straw on the board. If a large number of aquaculture, you can also put bricks at both ends of the board, continue to build boards, and put chicken cages.
4. Put the chicken in.
After the henhouse is built, you can drive the chickens in. However, chickens need a period of adaptation in the new henhouse, so when feeding, they can sprinkle food near or at the entrance of the henhouse to make them have a physiological reaction or get used to eating and growing in the new environment.
