Use of automatic filling machine

1. Before starting the machine, please ensure that the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the 380V power supply and the grounding wire of the chassis. Ensure that the air pressure on the filling machine is 0.05~0.07Mpa, check whether the motor and bearing need lubrication, and it is forbidden to run without oil. Only when it is normal can the machine be started.
2. Ensure that the valve of the reaction tank is closely connected with the pipeline of the filter device, the filter cloth of the filter device is intact, and the cover is covered with bolts to ensure no leakage under the packaging pressure.
3. When all the conditions are met, turn on the main power QF, the power indicator lights up, and the fault indicator lights and emergency stop indicator lights go out, then the startup conditions are met. Press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling place. After the buzzer gives three warnings, the whole machine starts to run and enters the automatic working mode of external washing, flushing and filling. When stopping, press the stop buttons of the filling place and the control box, and turn off the main power supply after stopping.
Matters needing attention in the use of automatic filling machine
1. Before using the automatic filling machine, small batch debugging is needed to ensure the smooth operation of the automatic filling machine, and then adjust the required speed. It is best to read the automatic filling operation manual before use.
2. The stains on the automatic filling machine must be cleaned up in time, including the residual materials on the weighing platform, so as not to corrode the body of the automatic filling machine.
3. If the difference in filling accuracy is too large, carefully check the filling port of the filling machine, check whether the filling port is blocked or corroded, and replace it with a new filling head if necessary.
