When is the best time to travel to Tibet?

1. Plateau and altitude sickness are not terrible. Overcoming the fear of altitude sickness with a good attitude is the best medicine to prevent altitude sickness. Altitude sickness, like carsickness, has nothing to do with physical fitness. How many times can I come to the snowy plateau in my life? How many people can feel altitude sickness? Altitude sickness is also an experience of traveling to Tibet, and we should despise it strategically.
2. With regard to anti-altitude sickness drugs, before coming to the plateau, eating rhodiola oral liquid or something may relieve the pressure; If the reaction is serious, taking Ogilvy tablets, oxygen inhalation and infusion in the first two days after arriving at the plateau will effectively alleviate the mountain reaction and heart pressure.
3, slow down, don't rush, eat less and drink more water, this is what you should do two days before you go to the plateau, because moving too fast and eating too much will consume oxygen.
4. You may not be able to take a bath when you first arrive at Gaoyuan. The key is to be careful not to catch a cold. Although we think that catching a cold at high altitude is not as terrible as the legend, it is always uncomfortable. The temperature difference at high altitude is very large, so you are not sure yet, and it is easy to catch a cold. So I suggest a day or two.
5, Tibet is relatively dry, often apply lip balm to avoid chapped lips, and put a glass of water at the bedside at night to keep the room moist.
6. Tibet has strong sunshine, so you can bring more sunscreen and skin care products. Please bring a hat and sunglasses for a relatively comfortable journey.
7. Take a thicker coat. Basically, you have to cross the beautiful plateau at an altitude of about 5,000 meters to reach all the tourist destinations. You can't just stay in the car and watch others play.
