How to calculate overtime pay on weekends?

1. Working day overtime calculation method: monthly salary ÷2 1.75÷8× overtime hours × 1.5 times;

2. Calculation method of weekend overtime pay: monthly salary ÷2 1.75÷8× overtime hours ×2 times;

3. Calculation method of overtime pay for legal holidays: monthly salary ÷2 1.75÷8× overtime hours ×3 times.

When calculating overtime pay, the daily pay shall be converted into 2 1.75 paid days per month, and the hourly pay shall be divided by 8 hours on the basis of the daily pay. According to the provisions of Article 44 of the Labor Law, the specific standards for paying overtime pay are:150% not lower than the salary if the workers are arranged to extend their working hours within the standard working day; If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory rest, they shall be paid no less than 200% of their wages; If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages. If the employer fails to implement the relevant provisions of the Labor Law, employees can complain and report to the labor inspection department. What conditions do employees need to work overtime? According to Article 41 of the Labor Law, enterprises should meet the following conditions when arranging employees to work overtime: First, due to the needs of production and operation; The second is to negotiate with the trade union; Third, we should negotiate with workers; Fourthly, the length of extended working hours must also comply with the regulations, that is, it must not exceed 1 hour per day.
