I like common books and some notebooks, but not too many, because books greatly increase the weight of luggage, and more notebooks will be distributed after school.
English dictionaries or music stars, walkman, English and music tapes, and stationery are all essential supplies for university study.
Personal belongings: toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrush; Facial cleanser, cream and sunscreen for girls (necessary for military training); Boys' razors and so on. These things are generally for personal use and are used every day. Generally, freshmen need to do a lot of things when they come to school, so it is too hasty to buy these things again.
Umbrella, mosquito net and thin quilt or towel.
Daily medication: mainly common cold, anti-inflammatory, antidiarrheal, analgesic, fire-clearing, oral anti-inflammatory and personal special diseases.
It should be noted that the admission notice, admission documents, ID card and a small amount of money should be put in your carry-on bag, which is more convenient to use.
In addition, at present, almost all schools will prepare luggage for students, and most schools will also prepare washbasins, thermos pots, dental jars, soap boxes and other items for students (generally, they will be charged extra).
Face a new life and build a new life.
From high school to college, for every student, it means starting a new milestone in life. The university environment is strange, the study and lifestyle are different, and many people are psychologically uncomfortable. Therefore, for prospective college students who are about to enter the university, it is an important subject to adjust their mentality, find a correct position and actively adapt to campus life.
Make a reading plan. After entering the university, whether to learn or not depends entirely on the students themselves. It is very important to set a clear learning goal at the beginning of school. You can't wait, depend on and need like high school. You should take the initiative to ask the teacher. Especially those students who want to make achievements in their majors in the future, they can take the initiative to find a teacher to have a comprehensive understanding of their majors, and ask the teacher to make a bibliography of their majors and make their own reading plans.
Interpersonal relationship is very important. Going to college is the starting point for many people to live independently, so it is very important to establish a healthy group consciousness and harmonious interpersonal relationship. Nowadays, most college students are only children, so it is difficult to adapt to the collective life in the dormitory. If you want to adapt to the collective life quickly, you should pay attention to the school work and rest system and try to keep the dormitory clean and tidy. Roommates unite and help each other, care for each other, communicate more, and be more modest and patient when encountering things. In addition, three meals a day should not be too extravagant, and attention should be paid to balanced nutrition.
Comparison is not desirable. For most students, going to college is the first time to leave their parents and let them learn how to manage their personal lives. Generally speaking, bedding and clothes should be changed and washed regularly; When managing money, you should be careful and do what you can, spend your limited money where you need it most, and don't compare with your classmates.
Join the club. Do not be blind. Freshmen will find a lot of club activities in the university after entering the school. General community activities have certain requirements for personal time, physical fitness and economic situation. When choosing whether to join, it is wise to consider your own characteristics, don't blindly join, and carefully choose one or two clubs according to your personal characteristics and hobbies.
Precautions for taking the train:
When taking the train, you should first take good care of your valuables, especially cash, bank cards, admission notices, etc., and be sure to put them in your personal pocket or backpack. On the train, don't talk too much with strangers, especially those students who go to school by train alone, and be more vigilant. Don't get off, do business or stay with people you just met, and don't call strangers.
Due to the hot weather and crowded people, you should pay attention when taking the train-
Prevention of heatstroke: It is easy to get heatstroke by train in summer, especially when the train is full or overcrowded. Therefore, clothes should be worn loosely to facilitate the excretion and evaporation of sweat; Drink more boiled water or tea, if you can drink some light salt water or cool drinks, the effect will be better; Take some summer medicine, such as Ren Dan and Liang Qing oil, in case of emergency.
Pay attention to food hygiene: when eating on the train, don't overeat, and pay attention to food hygiene, eat some digestible food, and prepare medicines for diarrhea and dysentery.
Pay attention to the choice of trains: the maximum daily temperature in summer is 1 1- 15. When buying tickets, try to choose the train that runs between 15- 1 1 the next day to avoid spending the hottest time of the day on the train. If there are many passengers and you can't find a suitable seat, you should turn on the electric fan and window in the car and close the curtains to minimize sunlight and improve the ventilation conditions in the car.
You should choose the direction of sleeping when you take a sleeper: sleep in a sleeper in summer, especially at the end with your head facing the sidewalk, because the air on the sidewalk is ventilated and the temperature is low, which is conducive to sleeping. When driving at night, passengers sleeping in the lower berth should cover some bedding properly, and they should not sleep with the window head open against the end of the bed to avoid catching cold.
Get a universal deposit and withdrawal bank card
Freshmen generally need to pay tuition and accommodation fees, but it is neither safe nor convenient to carry a lot of cash with them. A better way is to get a universal deposit and withdrawal bank card. Generally, deposits and withdrawals in different places need to pay a certain handling fee, and you need to know clearly before you apply for a card.
In addition, all kinds of bank cards can withdraw money from different places after depositing, so it is necessary to find out which bank has the smallest "time difference" in depositing and withdrawing money from different places.
If they are worried about their children's financial ability, parents can apply for a credit card in their own name, and at the same time give their children a supplementary card, so that parents can keep abreast of every fund used by their children through the monthly bills sent by the bank or electronic banking services.
