How to solve the unstable idle speed of carburetor Fukang?

1 Poor sealing of cylinder gasket can also cause unstable speed or even flameout. Don't just check the carburetor.
2 "The air needle sealing ring is somewhat worn" is also one of the reasons for the automobile failure (because the disassembly and assembly of the carburetor is very complicated, and there are many small parts, which may be caused by the wrong installation of one part).
3 Idle speed adjustment screw position change.
The function of idle speed adjusting screw is to change the flow section of idle oil circuit and air circuit by adjusting idle speed adjusting screw.
Surface, so that the carburetor idle oil supply to achieve the ideal state. Idle speed adjusting screw can be divided into oil adjustment and air adjustment according to its function.
Because the idle speed adjusting screw has a great influence on the performance of the engine, the idle speed adjusting screw of the carburetor is required before leaving the factory.
After strict testing and adjustment to the optimal position, it is generally forbidden for users to adjust the idle speed adjustment screw by themselves.
After long-term use, only when the original position of the idle screw changes and leads to adverse consequences can it be adjusted.
Adjustment method: Fix the plunger at the engine speed slightly higher than the normal idle speed, and turn the idle speed adjustment screw left and right.
Nail, find out the highest speed of the plunger position, slightly adjust the plunger adjusting screw to reduce the engine speed.
Repeat this process until the speed of a certain plunger position is equal to the standard idle speed of the whole vehicle.
4 carburetor idle metering hole is blocked.
The metering hole of carburetor is blocked, which makes the oil supply lean at idle speed, leading to the phenomenon of unstable idle speed.
Solution: Clean the carburetor.
5 The oil level in the float chamber of carburetor is not properly adjusted.
Elimination method: readjust the oil level height.
6 The connecting screw between carburetor and engine intake pipe is loose, and air leakage leads to unstable idle speed.
Elimination method: just tighten it.
7 The connecting gasket or baffle between carburetor and engine intake pipe is damaged.
This phenomenon will cause extra air to enter the engine, which will dilute the fuel supply and lead to unstable idle speed.
Solution: Replace the connecting washer or baffle.
8 throttle wear:
Exclusion method: replacement.
