In addition to its large commercial scale, Beijing has also adopted the urban pattern of wide roads, so it is often "half a road, half a year and half a block" to do business in Beijing. In other words, because the road is too wide, people's willingness to cross the road is reduced, and they can only do business in half a street. Because Beijing has a cold season for half a year, everyone goes back to sleep and wraps up the quilt in autumn, winter and Spring Festival Evening, which leads to "underdeveloped night economy".
This plan puts forward the ambition of Beijing's commercial development. Wangfujing and Qianmen should become international business districts with wide-area level. In the next few years, Beijing will vigorously develop five regional commercial centers, such as CBD, Shijingshan, Huilongguan, Daxing Xihongmen and the city sub-center. Even if the face value is not online, pants and shoes are expensive at first glance, and even children feel that they are wearing extremely elegant skirts and combing extremely chic hairstyles.
In the last three years, I have lived in Tongzhou District, the sleeping city of Beijing, also known as "Tonglifunia". Although it has been promoted to the Beijing Sub-center, it will take time for the temperament to change. I have lived in the sleeping city for a long time, and I am used to seeing pajamas in the street. Suddenly into the city, came to Indigo, was strongly impacted by jewelry.
The prosperity of indigo is not unrelated to the prosperity of this area. Jiang Tai, where INDIGO is located, used to be Jiang Tai Town, surrounded by electronics factories. After the subway 14 line is opened, the main station will be set up, and Indigo will stand on the subway station, with a very advantageous geographical position.

Personally, I used to worry that with the development of network economy, how many people will come to physical shopping malls again. Now I finally proved that I was wrong. Especially in a city like Beijing, the streets are divided into communities, a super fun and interesting shopping mall with food, drinks, movies and free air conditioning, which is of course the first choice for many citizens.
Indigo is a good place to go in hot summer. If I have to use one word to describe the temperament of "Indigo", I think it is the temperament of "Internet upstart".
(B) Overseas Chinese Fu Fangcao: a great artist.
Compared with Indigo's "Internet upstart" temperament, Qiaofufang Grassland in the East Third Ring Road should be regarded as a standard mall full of "artist" temperament.
Fangcao building is an oblique triangle, which is very eye-catching. But at night, it is the most inconspicuous building in the surrounding lights, emitting a low-key luxury.
Overseas Chinese Fufang Grassland is close to CBD, World Trade Center day order and Embassy District. The crowd is naturally dominated by foreigners, white-collar workers in international trade and rich people in CBD. Therefore, walking inside, the clothes of people inside are very different from indigo, full of nouveau riche temperament and sense of dance. Instead, it is filled with a feeling of being a gentleman and a lady for generations.
To say that the biggest difference of this shopping mall is undoubtedly the sculptures and plastic arts arranged everywhere in the shopping mall.
For example, above Lumiere's studio in this shopping center, there is a red-faced portrait of Guan Gong. In the huge hall, a strong cow crashed into the wall. The most classic is a sitting golden Buddha. A red vermicelli line is pulled down from the dome of Cao Fang, like a beam of light, shining on the golden color of the Buddha. A sense of solemnity arises spontaneously, which complements the fashionable shopping malls.
I checked the information and found that Fangcaodi was invested by Hong Kong Qiaofu Group. In the artistic space atmosphere of sculpture and gallery, the expression of Qiaofufang grassland is more free. The brand display inside is also relatively "artistic niche" and expensive.
Therefore, if we want to use one word to describe the grassland, it is the temperament of a "great artist".
(3) Jindi Center: Miss White Collar
On Dawang Road not far from CBD, there is a small shopping mall called "Jindi Center Shopping Mall". In Beijing, where a large number of luxury shopping malls gather, Jindi Center Shopping Mall really can't make it. It is very small, with only four floors up and down, and there is not much room in the dome. But I have deep feelings for it, mainly because I personally lived in Dawang Road for three years. Every time I go to Dawanglu subway station, I have to pass by.
Maybe the place is small, so shopping is not tiring. Then there are no tourists, only white-collar workers and residents around. There is no sense of luxury of CBD international trade, the top first-line brand. The brand matching of Jindi Center is mainly based on the affordable positioning of white-collar workers, plus some restaurants with good taste and reputation. The whole feeling is very comfortable. There is no competition, no comparison, just like an elegant small garden in the middle of an office building, which makes people feel at ease and catch their breath. Every time I go to the Jindi Center for dinner, there is basically no great psychological pressure, just like going to a very comfortable pavilion to blow the breeze. Maybe Jindi Center just meets the needs of people at my level, just right.
In addition, it is commendable that the decoration of Jindi Center is simple and lively, and it is also very fashionable, which makes people feel that this is a place with good feng shui and bright halls. This color, together with the indigo full of wood color and the noble black and gray Qiaofufang grassland, is obviously a land that is close to the people without losing the sense of city.
Therefore, I think the temperament of Jindi Center, like a "working girl", is small and beautiful.
(D) Jiulong Mountain He Shenghui: a fashionista
Jiulongshan Heshenghui, which opened in recent two years, is my favorite shopping mall after I moved to Tongzhou District. It's not far from my home. The bus will arrive in half an hour. Heshenghui is a huge shopping mall, which looks bigger than indigo.
The main color is white, simple, cosmopolitan and brightly lit. Whether it's summer or gray winter, walking in, bright colors and huge space make people feel relaxed. The brands inside are mainly fast fashion and some mid-range, high-end brands, and the consumer price is controllable, which is especially suitable for ordinary people to go shopping.
Of course, these are not the best. Best of all, it has a delicious snack street, two floors underground, and a arcade game space. From Beijing's spicy chicken wings, clam powder, Kyoto matcha ice cream, as well as all kinds of pasta all over the country, pork chop rice in Hong Kong and so on. Although not every family is so delicious, the rich choices are still appetizing and dazzling.
It may also be because of the rich volume design and brand implantation, so there are more young people who are born together. There are more young people, and the whole shopping mall is full of vigor, sunshine and a sense of jumping.
Jiulong Mountain really wants to thank He Shenghui. You should know that this is the south of Chang 'an Avenue, although it is only 2 kilometers away from the CBD of Dawang Road, but in the imperial city, once it is south of Chang 'an Avenue, it will be considered as a place with poor consumption level, and there is no way. This is a stereotype of Beijing.
A few years ago, Jiulong Mountain was a dusty place. With the construction of a large number of CBD residential areas here, the emergence of Heshenghui undoubtedly provides a good place for people living here to rest and eat. Moreover, with such a large volume, Jiulongshan has suddenly formed a business circle dominated by Heshenghui, with distinct levels, gathering popularity and fashionable sports.
Therefore, if we want to always combine the temperament of students, it is the feeling of "fashion sportsman".
(5) Tongzhou Wanda: Pajama Street
The last thing to say is Tongzhou Wanda. Since I moved to Tongzhou District three years ago, it has become the largest commercial district nearest to my home. Go shopping on weekends if you have nothing to do.
The space inside is huge and the decoration is very high-grade. Eat, drink and be merry. It's all in there. Today, Wanda is selling well all over the country, but it is not very prosperous. Although I didn't read Tongzhou Wanda's financial report, it should be the winner in terms of popularity.
Because of the huge Tongzhou, oh, no, now the Beijing city sub-center, Wanda business circle is the absolute leading business circle of the sub-center, almost the place where more than 800 thousand residents in Tongzhou District go when they have nothing to do. Although Beijing has also planned a high-end business district in the Canal business district, it will take at least five years or more for that place to mature from completion.
Compared with the shopping malls in the Fifth Ring Road, Tongzhou Wanda is undoubtedly more "civilian". Although it is rare to see people wearing pajamas coming to the mall, the whole mall gives people a relaxed feeling, just like wearing pajamas to eat, and it is absolutely right.
From Monday to Friday, too many people go to the Fifth Ring Road to work hard. Who says Tongzhou has no industry? Finally, on weekends, it is natural to unload your arms. Eating at home is great wisdom. Tongzhou Wanda provides such a place.
Tongzhou people should thank Tongzhou Wanda. Without Wanda, Tongzhou is the real sleeping city. There is nothing but eating and sleeping. Only with Tongzhou Wanda, the whole city has color and people's hearts have been comforted and satisfied.
This is my favorite and probably the most familiar five shopping malls in Beijing. Of course, there are many big shopping malls in Beijing, which may be better than here, and there are many. For example, Chaoyang Joy City, Anzhenmen Huanyuhui, Haidian Huang Zhuang Europe and America Hui, etc.
Although my hometown is a third-and fourth-tier city, I grew up next to the bustling commercial street in the city center. Perhaps because of the environment, I prefer shopping. Unfortunately, when I grow up, things in shopping malls are becoming more and more unaffordable, but when there is a shopping mall, I always feel that there is a lamp in my life. This may be the charm of business.
