What about the Jiugongshan Cemetery in Beijing? Is it formal and legal?
Jiugongshan Great Wall Memorial Forest in Beijing is the only out-of-print geomantic treasure trove in China with its back to the Great Wall. Although China's Long Mai originated from Kunlun Mountain in the northwest of China, the emperor's mausoleum did not choose to sit in the northwest facing southeast, but chose to sit in the north facing south, because the Great Wall barrier in the north can cover up foreign invasion and face the vast plain in front. In the cemetery in China, only Jiugong Mountain is backed by the Great Wall.
