When we choose a certain exercise mode, press and hold the start button at the bottom for 3 seconds, and we can officially start the exercise after the countdown interface is over. Swipe down to see the current heart rate, steps and calories burned. When this exercise is over, just press and hold the end button for 3 seconds.
