introduce

Whenever the imperial examination is mentioned, especially in the Qing Dynasty, we always think of eight-part essay, which binds people's thoughts and makes the cultural atmosphere of the whole society very dignified, thus seriously limiting the development of social culture. However, even under such conditions, there are still many talents. Today, I want to introduce the last champion of China.

main body

Liu Chunlin, 1872, was born in Suning County, Hejian Prefecture, Zhili in the late Qing Dynasty. When he was young, Liu Chunlin's family was poor. At the age of six, he was sent to his hometown and raised by his brother and sister-in-law. Later, after entering a private school, he showed extraordinary intelligence. After more than ten years of study, he finally won the first prize of Chen Jia in Guangxu thirty years, that is, 1904.

In ancient China, there was a saying that "at the age of 30, a scholar was born at the age of 50", and the first scholar was called a scholar. Liu Chunlin was admitted as a scholar in his thirties, and even became the first scholar, which is enough to show Liu Chunlin's superb literary attainments and political talents. It was only in the second year of the senior high school entrance examination in Liu Chunlin, that is, 1905, that the imperial examination system was abolished, so Liu Chunlin became the last scholar in the history of our country, and was therefore called "the last person among the first batch".

After winning the top prize, Lin Chunlin was awarded writing by the Imperial Academy, and was sent to Japan to enter Tokyo Hosei University for further study. /kloc-returned to China in 0/907, and served as a member of the Advisory Board, registered ambassador to Fujian, transferred from Zhili Law and Politics School, and inspector of Beiyang Normal School.

Later in the Republic of China, he served as Yuan Shikai, Li, Feng, Xu Shichang and Cao Kun. During this period, Liu Chunlin was very indignant when he learned about the warlord scuffle, civil strife and political corruption at that time. He compared his position in the presidential palace to "holding a halberd as a Langguan" and retired to Beiping on 1928.

Although Liu Chunlin lived in seclusion, he was very concerned about the situation and safety of the country and was very angry with Chiang Kai-shek for ordering the army to retreat without fighting after the September 18th Incident. Later, Manchukuo was established in three northeastern provinces, and Liu Chunlin was invited to be the Minister of Education in Manchuria in the name of Puyi, but was sternly rejected by Liu Chunlin.

After the July 7th Incident broke out, the Japanese army occupied Beiping. Wang and the big traitor are children of the same school and studied in Japan together. They wanted to use the name of Liu Zhuangyuan as a signboard and invited Liu Chunlin to be the mayor of Beijing, but they were all rejected by Ada. Eventually angered the Japanese puppet government, copied Liu Chunlin's home and drove his family out of the house with bayonets. Although he later returned to China, it was a very heavy blow to Liu Chunlin. Since then, he has been thanking guests at the door and masturbating with poetry books at home.

Later, Liu Chunlin built a primary school in his village, provided all the building materials, and personally erected a plaque that read "Casting Talent Furnace". Although Liu Chunlin was a great scholar, he actively advocated new education and trained many talents.

Liu Chunlin is not only brilliant, but also full of patriotism. He has high attainments in poetry, calligraphy and painting, especially in small letters. There is such a thing. After Liu Chunlin transferred his industry to Tianjin, he wrote a seven-character poem in Tianjin Hotel in order to gain the recognition of local gentry as soon as possible. However, after seeing Liu Chunlin's handwriting, Tianjin literati grew up in surprise. Since then, Tianjin literati have never dared to belittle themselves.

The style of lower case letters is exquisite and vigorous, which is highly respected by the world, and there is a saying that "lower case letters learn Yan and lower case letters learn Liu", in which Yan refers to Yan Zhenqing and Liu refers to him, which shows the depth of calligraphy attainments. When Weng was here, he was amazed at the pen and ink he saw, and predicted that he would become the best in the world.

As the last top scholar in China, Liu Chunlin has outstanding talent and strength. In the process of being an official, he was diligent and conscientious, pleading for the people, but he was frustrated by the darkness of the court. Although he left his official career, he has been working hard for the liberation and development of the country in his own way. In the face of Japanese threats and inducements, his determination not to be conquered people is admirable.
