What district is the center of Lanzhou?

Chengguan District is located in the central and eastern part of Lanzhou, Gansu Province, where large-scale projects are concentrated north of the Yellow River. The total area is 207.83 square kilometers. Formed a pattern of "one temple", "one street" and "three districts".
