Welcome to Beijing. The information below will be helpful for you to find short-term rentals in Beijing. You can also consult me about food, drink and entertainment.
A reminder for renting a house in Beijing: When renting an economical, clean and safe short-term rental house in Beijing, you should ask about the following conditions of the house because the price is related to it: 1. The specific location of the house (my house is located between the Bird's Nest and Tsinghua University); 2. Is the room rented to you a bed or a single room (I rent a private single room); 3. A single room is a single room with several bedrooms (there are many people living in a three-bedroom apartment, which is obviously not as good as a one- and two-bedroom apartment, and my room is a two-bedroom apartment); 4. The room is in Is there an elevator on which floor (my room is on the third floor and there is an elevator); 5. Is the surrounding transportation convenient (my room is next to the university and has good transportation); 6. What is the indoor condition (my room is fully equipped and can even cook).
Detailed information of House 2:
House 1 Location: Located in a community for teachers from a mid-range university between Tsinghua University and China Agricultural University (East Campus) in Haidian District, west of the Bird's Nest.
2 Surrounding environment: There are more than a dozen 211 universities (many schools have Olympic venues), the Old Summer Palace, the Summer Palace, and the Bird's Nest. It is also convenient to take a bus to the Great Wall.
3 Surrounding transportation: The community is located between three bus stations. It is a 5-minute drive from Wudaokou Station of Metro Line 13. From Wudaokou Subway Station, you can quickly reach any location in major urban areas in Beijing.
4. Room conditions: The house is a completely original two-bedroom house, not the wooden partition houses now common in Beijing. There are air conditioners, TVs, and Internet cables in the single rooms of the house. There is a refrigerator, water dispenser, and sofa in the living room. There is a 24-hour electric water heater and washing machine in the bathroom.
5 Additional gifts: a free flying pigeon bicycle and a Beijing bus card (this card can be used for taxis and subway rides).
6 Room rate related: During normal periods, room prices range from 85 yuan to 115 yuan per day, and during special periods such as National Day and May Day, room prices range from 105 yuan to 160 yuan per day. Daytime rest room is 60 yuan for 5 hours. Discounts available if booked in advance.
7 In short: I am from Shandong. I don’t want to intentionally write the price high and waste our time by bargaining with you, so I write the actual price of my house on it. Even if I don’t rent my house, I can still rent it. Seek my help on Beijing-related issues. Friends who have not found accommodation after arriving in Beijing can rest at my house for free at any time. During the break, you can go online to find a room that is more suitable for you.
