Interview LSCM in Cranfield

In fact, I never wanted to write about my interview experience. I feel that my interview experience may not be as vigorous and ups and downs as others, but I still want to share my preparation process and the final interview process with friends in need.

Benbao is a senior in business administration (aviation logistics direction) in a double-non-school (> _<), with a grade point of 3.86. He has contributed to the development of our logistics and supply chain management major (I hope so (> _<)). I struggled for a long time before giving up my qualification for postgraduate study. Prepare to apply for LSCM in the UK. For students applying for LSCM in England, Cranfield is a mysterious school that they want to go but are afraid to go. Because I am too proud, I don't accept undergraduates, only recruit master students and doctoral students, and don't participate in QS ranking (some majors are still on the list). Logistics and supply chain management are called the first in Europe. However, I am particularly worried that after returning to China, HR of some enterprises will not recognize this school (there is no ranking on QS) and will be mistaken for diploma workshops. I applied to this school with the idea of studying hard, and I can learn something real, just like their goal, and turn knowledge into practice. Well, before it's too late, I'll talk about my preparation process.

At that time, I received an interview notice email from the intermediary, and I was in a mood of ... excitement mixed with collapse ~ The interviewer was Julien, and then I checked on the website. It seems that she is the course director of this major. So I started looking for various interviews and found some in the Douban group. Some people say that the interviewer has no other advantages except speaking fast, while others say that he is kind and gentle. I felt uneasy ~ and then I began to collect information according to some problems summarized by others. Attached are some problems I found, some of which were found by my friends at MKT in front of Douban. Don't mind some grammatical mistakes. It was written in a hurry (> _<)

In fact, the most important thing is to combine the personal statements and experiences in your resume to think about what the interviewer will ask you and how to answer it. When sorting out your own materials, you should list the key words, then organize your own language and answer them completely. It is very convenient to use WeChat notes for voice recording. This process took me about five days (> _<). Because the speed of Benbao is too slow, there are many problems in typing word directly. Then I was told that the seven days between interview days were very hard. But in fact, I dare not expect too much from my heart.

Note that if you can find a language partner, you'd better tell others your answer several times. I'm still a little nervous during the telephone interview ~

I feel good to see many friends say that they didn't understand the question in the interview, but don't be afraid if they didn't understand the question. Let the interviewer repeat it politely. Can you say that you can repeat it? They don't usually refuse. If you are unfortunately asked a question related to your professional knowledge and you are not ready, you can say sorry, my spoken English is not good, and I will not translate some professional words into English. Can I write down my answers and email them to you after the interview? It seems that an interviewer asked the students who said this to try to solve this problem by email. For reference only.

Tell me about my own interview. The email notification time is 18.45, so 45 minutes ago, I put on my headphones and stared at the screen. Until 47 minutes, a phone call came in, and the next second … the teacher began to introduce himself. However, I misunderstood that it was not Julian, but Louis or something. ⊙? So I understood and kept saying hello, and then the interviewer didn't chat first like many legendary friends, and began to ask me what I had learned in college. When I saw in my personal statement that I was a student majoring in aviation logistics, I panicked, and then I began to explain that logistics is what our school pays attention to. I started this project for three years, and I said, chineglish, we are the first students (>_< Then she interrupted me and said that what I said was not consistent with what I wrote ~ I began to explain that we are really studying some basic theories about airports. . . So she let me go and began to ask her why she liked this major. . . I began to answer as I had prepared before. . . That's why I came to Crane. . I first praised them for their good academic resources and teachers, and then I liked their environment and atmosphere. I read on Wikipedia that it was in a town between Oxford and Cambridge, and then I could concentrate. . . Then she started asking me where I lived, and I said I lived in a city. . . . Then she seemed to say that maybe I misunderstood the town, and they were in a village (> _<), so he began to tell me what to do, and while I praised it, I emphasized it again (> _<), and finally the last question session. I asked a few questions about studying abroad. What is the proportion of international students? She spoke so fast that I couldn't understand anything, and she was always oh, oh, great (>_< Later I wanted to ask her about supply chain finance. It is estimated that teachers are unfamiliar with this field, that is, they offer related courses, and some teachers have done research. Later, I asked when I would receive the notice, and she emphasized their efficiency. It is estimated that the results will be available in a few days. The ending is very happy. . . . . I always take it seriously in the middle, because I take it seriously no matter which teacher I talk to, no matter how much I like that teacher. . . I guess this teacher feels embarrassed, too. . . It's also serious, but her voice is beautiful. I'm waiting for the result now, hoping for a good result.
