Brief introduction of figures in Liu Mingchuan cemetery
Liu Mingchuan's life is legendary. Liu Mingchuan was born in 1836 and died in 1896 at the age of 60. He ranks sixth in the family. When he was young, he was called "Pockmarked Liu Liu" because of smallpox. He started group training in Lu 'an from 65438 to 0856. 1862, the 26-year-old Huai army "Zimingying" was established. After the establishment of Taiwan Province Province, he served as governor for six years. Liu Mingchuan also created the sixth China: the first to adopt western-style equipment and training methods, and the first to play.
This is the first time that a comprehensive reform has been carried out in a province, and it has achieved results. It established the earliest independent post office in Taiwan Province Province, built the earliest actual railway in Taiwan Province Province, and put forward the earliest plan to establish a special economic zone in China-the regulations on Keelung coal mine in Taiwan Province Province.
