What's the matter with Google?
Sean Anderson, a student at Ford University, brought the Google search engine and Google's name to Larry Page, the founder of Google.
Google comes from Stanford BackRub project, and its search ranking principle is to analyze a large number of external backlinks. Anderson suggested using the word "Googol", which means 10 to the power of 100 (square), representing the vast resources on the Internet. But when Anderson searched whether the name was registered, he mistyped it as "Google".
Gugore was created by American mathematician Edward Kasznar at the age of 9.
It was invented by his nephew Milton Silota and later quoted by mathematicians Edward Casner and James Newman in Mathematics and Imagination. Another explanation of Google's meaning: G stands for hand, 00 stands for multiple ranges, L stands for length, and E stands for. The combination of the two means that no matter where you are, Google can search for a lot of information you need. The word "Google" can also be used as a verb, meaning similar to Baidu.
"Google" is Google's only name for overseas markets, and it was chosen to enter the China market. Google and Google have similar pronunciations, and they also incorporate the meaning of China traditional culture. Google means to treat the valley as a song, a song of sowing and expectation, a song of harvest and joy.
