How did Ningning die in the Warring States Period in Japan?

Ningning became a monk in her later years, and Konka also treated her with courtesy, giving her a large amount of "makeup fee" (that is, annuity) every year for her to support her old age.

In general, she plays Toyotomi Hideyoshi's wife. From the early years when Hideyoshi was a humble Ichiro, taking Qi Mei as an example, to the later success of Hideyoshi's official career, she tolerated her man's philandering behavior, which shows that in essence, she really loves her husband from the heart.

But this love is only for her husband. For other nominal family members in her own family, that is, little wives like Dianji, although she can always show the love and tolerance of a matriarch without any pretense, after all, the family ties between wives and concubines established by her husband (that is, Xiuji) are fickle and easy to be destroyed in political games.

Admittedly, she has no intention of being jealous, and she doesn't want to hurt others. She is gentle and indifferent, but it is her admirable virtue that pushes her to a height, a height that can serve as a leader of political forces, although she does not ask about secularism and military affairs.

Generally speaking, the struggle in the late Warring States period was between Tokugawa and Toyotomi. There were many reasons for Toyotomi's family's demise, one of which was internal friction, that is, the feud between the martial arts school used by Tokugawa and the literary school that guarded Toyotomi's family. The leader of the Sandwich School was actually Ishida Mitsunari after Taige's funeral, but he obeyed the will of Dianji and thought that the woman who gave birth to Taige's only son was a symbol of Xiuji's will. To make it clear, the father of the deposit is Azai Nagamasa by the river, and Ishida was born by the river.

The spiritual leader of the martial arts school, or an influential outsider, is Gao Tai Academy (Ningning). She has more or less sincere friendship with those martial arts school members who she watched grow from some naive teenagers in the past to powerful military commanders. Because of his kindness and reputation, he has always been respected and obeyed by the martial arts school. Therefore, some people say that the geographical estrangement caused political discord and eventually led to military conflict, which gave the foreign enemy Tokugawa an opportunity to make the Toyotomi family go to die after a short period of glory.

In fact, Tokugawa swallowed Toyotomi's family with Ningning's acquiescence, and the martial arts school worked for Tokugawa to a great extent out of Ningning's own wishes, which is also the reason why Tokugawa Ieyasu treats Ningning well. Some people may say that Ningning is cold-blooded, even if it represents different geopolitical factions, even if it is out of jealousy and hatred between women, you must never confuse the enemy and me, abandon Dianji, associate with enemies, and destroy the foundation of helping your husband work hard.

In fact, Ningning, who never asks about politics, is very smart and loyal to her family. She is not a seller who pursues glory. It's just that she walked all the way through the rain cloak, and she knew exactly who was the strong one at that time. Tokugawa is a historical trend, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi seems to have been abandoned by God. She knows that as a "sister" with a young son, surrounded by a group of incompetent civil servants and in front of the powerful Tokugawa, it is impossible to continue the world's inheritance. Instead of fighting to the end and going against the trend, it is better to actively cooperate to make Toyotomi's family stay in the Tokugawa regime, strive for a good start and a good ending, and reduce wars and unnecessary sacrifices. But lonely but incompetent Dianji refused to hold her head high and let her son and Toyotomi's family go up in smoke with Osaka Castle. This is really inconsistent with Ningning's original idea. At least, she felt that Toyotomi's family would be passed down. However, she doesn't seem to have too many regrets. After doing her best in her own way, she still maintains a calm and serene mind, and her heart is calm.

However, this knowledge of the times, which she gave up voluntarily when she knew she was defeated, or that she couldn't get it, was cut off and uprooted by herself, which made this delicate and peaceful woman suddenly more heroic in her later years. After her death, when she meets Hideyoshi in the spring, how will she make a gesture or remain calm and serene, quiet inside?
