Fortune telling and pulse taking _ Fortune telling and pulse taking can tell everything.
I read the guide.
There is a famous saying in Huangdi Neijing: "When evil forces gather, their qi will be weak." A strong body is very important if you want to be immune and get sick less. Some people look good at ordinary times, but once they are tested, their weak nature is exposed. How to judge physical strength by pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, so that people with weak constitution can keep fit as soon as possible, or better targeted treatment in clinic? Today, I would like to introduce the representative pulse of physical weakness-pulse condition.
abstract
Wet pulse refers to the concurrent pulse of pulse elements such as floating, thin and soft.
Pulse condition research
In the works of pulse science in past dynasties, the blueprint of pulse condition is mainly Pulse Classic. It says, "Soft veins are extremely soft and delicate." The softness here is the pulse.
The problem of finger feeling of pulse condition has been described by pulse experts in past dynasties as "floating silk in water". When a hand touches silk in water, it must be soft and weak, but there is no subtle feeling. This is the shortcoming of this description. In a lot of clinical practice, we find that the feeling of floating, soft and thin is similar to touching the vein on the back of a girl's hand.
Understanding of pulse condition and pulse science in traditional medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that yin and blood are insufficient, pulse channels are not full, and Yang Qi does not converge, so it floats outward and dampness stagnates, so the pulse is thin and weak.
Modern physiological and pathological basis of pulse condition
Heart weakness, decreased stroke output; Vascular elastic resistance decreased; Insufficient blood volume; These are the three elements that make up the pulse.
Pulse characteristics
The nature of pulse condition: pulse condition is a compound pulse condition of floating and thin, and pulse condition must include three elements: floating, thin and soft.
Finger feeling of pulse condition: if you touch the vein on the back of a girl's hand.
Pulse condition and pulse: pulse condition can change in number and rhythm. It should not be used with floating pulse, sinking pulse, thin pulse and weak pulse. The reason why it should not be the same as heavy pulse and weak pulse is because the pulse position is different, but clinically we can see that the cunkou branch is floating alone. Re-concurrent pulses with floating pulses and fine pulses are redundant. Common concurrent pulses are slow pulse, slow pulse, slow pulse, slow pulse, flat pulse and flat pulse.
Modern clinical significance of pulse condition
Weak constitution, such as chronic anemia, chronic fatigue, low constitution, low organ function, low immune function and other diseases are common in pulse condition. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is yin and yang deficiency, qi and blood deficiency or dampness.
Classification of Cunkou Pulse and Its Clinical Significance
The pulse body is soft and small, and it is difficult to distinguish it from the halo point on the pulse body, but the three parts on the pulse body are floating and sinking separately, and the halo is big and small, as hard as a grain of sand. In fact, the three main diseases in ancient books on pulse science are only the uniqueness of branches or the uniqueness of pulse halo (pulse halo point). The uniqueness of pulse ups and downs is only the unique proportion of pulse ups and downs, and it is not necessarily associated with weak pulses.
Inclination: more common in spontaneous sweating, neurasthenia, hyperthyroidism, anemia and headache.
Tendency: more common in chest tightness, shortness of breath, dizziness, insufficient blood supply to the heart and brain, dysfunction, etc.
Guan Fuyu: seen in acute gastroenteritis, hepatobiliary diseases, diabetes, etc.
Guan Shenyun: seen in chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction, long-term emotional anxiety, low immunity, chronic emaciation and so on.
Floating feet: seen in intestinal tract, lower limbs, urinary and reproductive system inflammation, pain, lumps and so on.
Foot weight: it can be seen in intestinal tract, lower limbs, urinary and reproductive system dysfunction, cold, pain and so on.
Modern clinical significance of pulse diagnosis and pulse combination
Pulse rate: seen in cold limbs, gastrointestinal dysfunction, peripheral neuritis and other diseases.
Moistening pulse: seen in chronic bronchitis, bronchitis, chronic gastropathy, gastrointestinal dyspepsia, chronic diseases of liver and gallbladder, gynecological diseases, osteoarthropathy of lower limbs, etc.
Pulse count: it is more common in tracheobronchial, upper respiratory tract infection, intestinal diseases, gynecological diseases, urinary system diseases and so on.
Slippery pulse: more common in trachea and bronchitis, upper respiratory diseases, otogenic vertigo, etc.
Pulse stagnation: seen in palpitation, shortness of breath, etc.
Slippery pulse: found in various intestinal diseases.

Song of pulse
Ten-year-old child, floating soft vein, tentacle vein unfilled.
Very fine, it is said that the heart is micro, thin and weak.
Scraping bamboo blood with a laser scalpel is astringent and has different meanings.
Look at the inch floating sweat, the inch center of gravity is weak.
Deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach will lead to stagnation, and floating will lead to yin deficiency.
The pulse is heavy and the kidney is cold, and the foot floats below the navel.
Slow chills in joints, palpitations, chest tightness and irritability.
Count the physical shortcomings and feel more. All the losses and shortcomings are for clearing the field.
Pulse diagnosis is a very heavy book.
Professor Xu Yueyuan, the author of this paper, is a famous clinical expert of western medicine and a family of Chinese medicine. After 40 years of painstaking research on meridians, he put forward the idea of feeling "pulse-like people" It is considered that "pulse qi" is the constitution of human body and "pulse shape" is the connotation of disease.
This book focuses on "pulse shape" and "pulse qi", revealing the secret of pulse diagnosis; The pulse conditions such as lateral pulse, wind pulse, turbid pulse and tidal pulse are determined, the naming method of concurrent pulse is standardized, and the accurate pulse condition map is drawn. By studying according to the book, we can master the author's pulse-taking thinking and clinical practice skills, and treat both disease and syndrome.
