Composition:
The syringe contains 0.75 ounce of Maureen red pomegranate syrup.

Composition:
1 oz Jerry sailor rum

1.5 oz. Black cocoa wine
0.5 oz Belgian high chocolate dark beer.

1. Add rum, Finette Blanca and black cocoa to a shaker without ice.
2. Add squid ink or black food pigment (optional) (squid ink can be found in the local fish market).
3. Dry shake first to make the materials fully mixed, and then add ice cubes to shake well, which will produce foam.
4. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass and slowly pour in chocolate stout.

Composition:
1.5 oz Omega Silver Tequila
2.5 ounces of cranberry juice
0.5 oz Cointreau orange wine
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup

Making:
1. Add ice to the shaker and mix all the ingredients.

Composition:
2 ounces of black rum
0.5 ounce thick cream
0.5 oz cinnamon syrup

Making:
1. In a shaker without ice, add black rum, heavy cream, cinnamon syrup and egg whites and shake for 30 seconds.
2. Add ice cubes and shake again. Shake well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and slowly pour in about 2 ounces of apple soda.

Composition:
2 ounces of homemade coffee spice rum
0.5 oz ginger beer
0.5 oz lemon juice

Making:
1. Pour the homemade coffee spice rum and lemon juice into a glass filled with ice cubes and stir well.
Step 2: Strain into a Collins glass with ice.

Decorate with lime slices and sugar-stained ginger slices
Home-made coffee spice rum: 1/4 parts coffee and 3/4 parts Jerry sailor rum, let stand for 30 minutes.

Composition:
1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz Colbert korbel Champagne.
0.75 ounces. Xiangbobao liqueur
Making:
