There are many willows in Qixian County, and Xia and Shang Dynasties are ancient countries in the Central Plains. The Western Zhou Dynasty was called Qi State, Qiu Yong County was established in Qin Dynasty, and Qi County was changed in the Five Dynasties. The county is named after an ancient country, and the country is named after a willow tree.
