12582 rural credit hotline is the largest public welfare farmer information service platform provided by China Mobile for customers all over the country. It is open to China mobile customers in 3/kloc-0 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions, and mainly provides services such as job hunting, supply and demand, transportation ticketing, lottery betting, weather forecast, entrepreneurship, appointment, agricultural science and technology, and getting rich for farmers, migrant workers and urban low-income people.
