What is the standard of visual disability?
The standards for visual disability are as follows:
1, blind, once blind, the best corrected vision is less than 0.02; Or the visual field radius is less than 5 degrees. Secondary blindness, the best corrected visual acuity is equal to or better than 0.02, but less than 0.05 or the visual field radius is less than 10 degrees;

To sum up, if one eye is blind, as long as the vision of the other eye is above 0.3, it is not a visual disability, and it is impossible to apply for a disability certificate.
