Why does "pregnancy" mean pregnancy? What exactly is "Liu Jia"?
We often hear many people refer to pregnant women as "pregnant women". What does this mean? Why not "pregnant with five armour" or "pregnant with seven armour"? According to textual research, this should come from Taoism's "house art" People think that "Liu Jia" is the day when God created everything, and it is also the day when women are most likely to get pregnant. When people want children, it is used as a blessing. With the development of society and the evolution of language, it has gradually become a special reference to "pregnant woman".
The Liujia Day referred to in "The Story of Liujia's Pregnancy" is the day when God created everything, and it is also the day when women are most likely to get pregnant, so it is called "pregnant Liujia".
However, what about Sui Shu? It is recorded in The Six Chapters of the Three Kingdoms that a woman is pregnant with a fetus. Six days, namely, Jiayin, Jiayin, Chen Jia, Wu Jia, Shen Jia and Xu Jia, are the days when God created everything, which is also the day when a woman is most likely to conceive, so it is called "Six Chapters of Pregnancy".
The source of Liu Jia is "heavenly stems and earthly branches", and the ten stems are A, B, C, D, E, G, Xin, Ren and Gui respectively; The twelve earthly branches are Zi, Ugly, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, Xu and Hai, and their least common multiple is 60, so the only period of heavenly stems and earthly branches collocation is 60 years (hours).
In this cycle, there is one day of work for six years. "Liu Jia" refers to these six days, including Jiazi, Jiayin, Chen Jia, Wu Jia, Jiawu and JOE.
"heavenly stems and earthly branches" has a 60-year cycle, in which six annual points include one day's work.
In addition, there is a saying that being pregnant with "Liu Jia" means being pregnant with "one person". Among them, A stands for "Yang Mu" in the five elements of Yin and Yang, Yang is an entity, and wood grows naturally, so the simple explanation of "A" here is a "growing entity".
What does "Liu Jia" mean? Refers to Jiayin, the wood god, as a bone; Shen Jia, the golden god, is a tooth claw; JOE-the land god, representing muscles; Chen Jia-Fengshen is breath; Wu Jia-Vulcan, representing warmth; The water god Jiazi is Yuan Ze. Wood god is the liver, Vulcan is the heart, earth god is the spleen, gold god is the lung, water god is the kidney, fengshen is the gallbladder, and Liu Jia is a whole (quoted from Ma Bingwen's Biography of Taishang Laozi).
