Sometimes you will be happier if you change your mood. Old people often say that the house does not need to be too wide, but the heart should be wide; the heart is a field, sow it by yourself.

Appearance comes from the heart. This is a Buddhist saying. Everyone's heart is a field. If you sow good causes, you will get good results; if you sow evil causes, you will get bad results.

Suffice it to say, when another person condemns you or hates you, or when people talk about things that hurt you, get close to their poor soul, get deep into it, and see what kind of person they are. You will find no reason to be distressed that these people may have this or that opinion of you.

Human nature is good. If you follow good nature, you will not become bad. Even those who become bad will eventually get retribution, and good behavior will bring benefits to everyone.

"Liao Fan's Four Instructions" says: "Yang good people are famous in the world, and Yin virtues are rewarded by heaven."

As the saying goes: You make your own destiny. A person's good luck comes through his own cultivation. Some people say that a person's blessing: 40% comes from the good deeds and virtues of his ancestors, and 60% comes from his own kind heart. The best feng shui for a person is to say good things, do good deeds, and have good intentions.

The Buddha said: "All blessings are inseparable from a happy place." If people have good thoughts, God will bless them! Sow the seeds of kindness in your heart, and one day they will bear fruit. May you and I always have good intentions, and may the seeds of kindness bear happy and beautiful fruits.

"The Avatamsaka Sutra" once said: "All results originate from causes, and all retributions originate from causes."

All retributions are sown by oneself. You can only accept the consequences yourself. To get rid of the cycle of cause and effect, you should do more good deeds and create more good causes. If you have kind thoughts in your heart, your blessings will last forever.

Practice first to cultivate your heart, and warm others first to warm yourself.

When people live in the world, they are constantly moving forward and practicing, and the most basic thing in practice is to cultivate the mind. A quiet body is not as good as a quiet mind, and a quiet mind is not as good as a clear mind. Facing the good and evil in life with different mentality, you will also get different causes and effects. Those who hurt you are here to save you, and those who love you are here to warm you. A fool looks for the environment but not the heart; a wise man observes the heart without asking about gains and losses.

Only when you are calm can you keep your mouth shut, and only when you are calm can you remain calm and calm. Keep your heart and keep away from resentment, keep your mouth and keep away from causing trouble. Treat things with simplicity, treat others with joy, and be tolerant and forgiving. To cultivate one's mind is to practice, and to practice is to cultivate one's mind first; to warm oneself is to warm others, and to warm others is to warm oneself first.

No one can see cause and effect, but there are gods three feet above the head.

The human heart is like tissue paper. Once it is wrinkled, it cannot be smoothed out again. Be grateful to those who are kind to us, and do not hurt those who are sincere to us.

No matter what happens in the world, only by always being grateful in your heart can you accumulate merit.
