Svg New Year Red Packet Lottery

I searched several foreign articles and mentioned the HTML elements in svg's forginObject. When applying CSS3 animation, the transform-origin of animation is based on the outermost geometry, which seems to have no solution.

Personally, I suggest using SMIL animation of svg to achieve ripple effect. If it is used for large screen display, compatibility should not be the main problem.
