What do you mean yes or no?

There is a Thai movie called Love If You Want, but why is it "yes or no" in English?

Literal translation means "yes or no",

At a deeper level, there is a meaning of "yes or no". The key is what I want.

So the situation in that movie (which I haven't seen) seems to refer to the reaction to love. I can choose yes or no, if I want to love, it depends on me, my freedom to love.
