At this time, if you look carefully, you will find that the timeline of each hour is divided into two parts with a dotted line. 6. Set the meeting reminder below. In the toolbar, you will see many options about meeting reminders. Just click the corresponding button, you can operate very quickly.

7. In the column of "Display as", you can select some status of me at this meeting. In the Reminder column, set the time when Outlook reminds you. Click Recurrence to set the recurrence period of the meeting, which can be daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
