Which is better, one ladder and three households?
Just from these three (actually two) plans, it is much better if the middle is square and regular. There are three rooms: living room, master bedroom and bedroom. Two-thirds are on the sunny side, and they are the main two. The sunny side is always brighter. Express your opinions and take what you love. Also, judging from the picture you showed (the picture is actually incomplete), it is very likely that this building is not a single one, and there are buildings connected on the left and right sides ... A and C are not really transparent from north to south, so it is not desirable.
Looking back on this design problem a year later: If this design had been better, the left and right sets would have been set back (north), and their areas would have remained basically the same, but the layout in the sets could have been better, the aisles would not be wasted, and the guest dining room would have become spacious. The lighting and ventilation of intermediate households (type B) have also been improved.
