New progress has been made in the construction of "Hualong One" Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Unit 2
As the carrier of the steam turbine and generator, the steam turbine base plays an important role in the safe operation of power generation equipment. It is the core project of the conventional island powerhouse. The parts of this project include embedded parts and sets. The tubes are dense, the structure is complex, the precision requirements are high, and the construction is difficult. The Zhangzhou nuclear power project construction management team adheres to the policy of "safety first, quality first", and controls everything before, during and after the project from plan review, on-site construction, process acceptance and other aspects. Faced with adverse impacts such as repeated epidemics, continuous rainfall, and high temperature weather, the team adhered to the dual concept of "One Party Flag, One Dream" and established a rapid coordination mechanism. All construction personnel worked together on the front line of the project to tackle difficulties together. Based on the construction experience of Unit 1, experience feedback and technical optimization were carried out to overcome various difficulties and solve practical problems. It only took 84 days from the installation of the isolator to the completion of concrete pouring for the steam turbine operating layer base, 17 days ahead of schedule for Unit 1, setting a new record for Hualong One. The high-quality completion of this node goal paved the way for subsequent installation of power generation equipment. Favorable conditions were created.
