It is 2.5 kilometers south of Shangzhou District, Shangluo City, on the south bank of the Danjiang River. Gaoche Mountain, in the early Western Han Dynasty, in order to establish her son Liu Ying as the prince, Empress Lu used Zhang Liang's plan to welcome the "Si Hao" who lived in seclusion in Shangshan at the end of Qin Dynasty with high chariots and horses. The chariots and horses welcomed him to the foot of this mountain, so The mountain is called Gaoche Mountain.
Gaoche Mountain is commonly known as Shuangnai Mountain because it has two peaks that are shaped like double breasts; the two peaks of the mountain are like the double humps of a camel, so it is commonly known as Camel Peak.
According to the "Biography of Gao Shi" recorded in "Taiping Yulan", there are four steles and temples on the mountain, which were erected by Emperor Hui of the Han Dynasty. Zhang Liang, the envoy of the Han Dynasty, welcomed Hao here with four horses and a high chariot, hence the name.
According to the "State Chronicles", the mountain is on the north bank of Rushui (now known as Nanqinchuan), with two peaks like a camel's back, commonly known as hump. Arrowheads are often found in the soil to build ancient military garrison sites. It is the commanding height in the south of Shangluo City. Today, the eastern end of the mountain has been cut off for highway construction, and the remainder remains. There are no monuments or temples on the mountain.
