What should I do if the weather widget on win7 desktop can't be used?

First, open the computer interface, and then enter the path "C: program files Windows side gadget" to find the weather. Widget and rename it weather. Gadget.old；

Then download Weather.Gadget.rar from the Internet, decompress it and put it under the path of C: Program Files Windows Sidebar Gadgets;

Then right-click the mouse on the desktop and select Add Gadget. Select the weather in the widget interface that opens, and then enter the location to display in the search bar.
