Feng Shui —— Six Taboos in Bedroom

First, the bedroom should not be too big.

Humans spend one-third of their time in bed. The bedroom is a place where people go home to rest and replenish energy after a hard day's work. The quality of this place will directly affect our physical and mental state the next day. If this place is not good, then we can't replenish energy here to face the next day's struggle. This will affect our work efficiency and, of course, directly affect our career and wealth. So this is crucial!

There is a saying in ancient geomantic theory: "A house with few adults is a haunted house." Why is this? Selling a big house is the dream of many Hong Kong people. There are many joys and sorrows around this issue. But why is the house too big?

Air conditioning theory. In fact, if you think about it carefully, the reason is simple. Let me give you an example: for example, in a house with a square meter of 10, install an air conditioner and start it, and the room will be cold after half an hour. The air conditioner can also stop cooling for a period of time. Because the space is small, the energy will soon be saturated. In other words, the smaller the space, the less energy is needed. But when you put this air conditioner in a big house with a square meter of 100, it seems that you can't do it. Because the bigger the house, the more energy it needs, so although this air conditioner has been cooling, the temperature of the house still can't reach the expected goal. So we need a lot of air conditioners to meet the needs of big houses.

Looking back, we are also an energy body, which can emit light and heat. If people replace this kind of air conditioner, the bigger the house, the more energy the human body consumes. Therefore, the size of a house must be in direct proportion to the number of people living in it. That is, the bigger the house, the more people live in it, which is what we often say to be popular.

This house is very popular.

It is often said in Feng Shui that houses will attract people. This sentence is correct. The energy emitted by the human body is what we call popularity. When a person fills the space of a big house with so much energy, the harm to the body can be imagined. Excessive physical energy consumption, weak natural constitution, listless work, mistakes are inevitable, judgment declines, and bad things follow.

So how big is the house? In practice, I found that the bedroom is about 15 square meters, not more than 20 square meters at most. If you live in a room of more than 20 square meters, you won't have children. Maybe this is not an absolute truth, but it is correct to some extent. In fact, this is because the human body consumes too much energy, and its physical quality declines, which affects fertility. If the land is not fertile, of course, you can't grow crops.

In addition, we can go to the Forbidden City in Beijing to see what the emperor's bedroom looks like. When we walked into Yangxin Zhai in the Forbidden City, Yong Zhengdi's study and the back bedroom, we were surprised to find that the place where the emperor lived was not much larger than that of ordinary people, only a dozen square meters. The so-called dragon bed is not bigger than people's, and you have to put down two curtains in front of the bed when you sleep, so the space becomes narrower, probably less than 10 square meter.

The emperor's bedroom is also normal. The Forbidden City is the largest palace in the world, covering an area of 720,000 square meters, with 9,000 houses (980 existing palace buildings * * * 8,707). But why did the emperor live in such a small place? In fact, the emperor's flesh and blood is not much better than ordinary people. In order to preserve his physical strength and achieve the goal of health and longevity, he can only live in a narrow space. I also visited ten gardens in Suzhou and four famous gardens in Guangdong. It is also found that the bedrooms of these adults who are either rich or expensive are very narrow, which is about 10 square meter. On the contrary, I also saw many nouveau riche today. Their bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have a large area, some of which exceed 50 square meters. As a result, the body either got this disease or that disease, and took tonic all day, and the result was still ruined. Business has also plummeted.

I remember a boss in Hong Kong who was not as fat and bald as we thought. But the figure of more than one meter eight, fat and thin, is very strong. When I lived in Hong Kong, I was in good health and never knew what it was like to be sick. But he went to Shanghai for business and bought a house of more than 200 square meters there. His health has gone from bad to worse since he entered the house. Then I got severe uremia. Whenever the weather is bad, his hands and feet are red and swollen and can't move. I saw many doctors and took medicine every day, but it still didn't work. It lasted for four years. Of course, business is not much better. One day, a friend introduced me to help him see Feng Shui. When I arrived at the scene, I found that his bedroom had violated all six taboos I mentioned:

1, the bedroom is too big. More than twenty-five squares.

2. The bedroom has a balcony or a low bay window.

Everyone is in the bathroom, and the door of the bathroom is facing the bed.

There is a chandelier stand on the bed.

The foot of the bed is facing the TV.

6, the bed can sleep on three sides, that is, only the bedside is against the wall.

The above six points are typical examples of the disadvantages of modern architecture feng shui summarized from my practice in recent years. Any bedroom with the above characteristics will have different degrees of adverse effects on people. Shall I reveal these phenomena one by one? What? It will bring bad influence to people.

Second, don't bring a balcony to the bedroom window.

In the last article, I said that the area of the bedroom should not be too large. This time I went on to say the second taboo of the bedroom-don't bring balconies and low bay windows in the bedroom. Bedrooms with balconies and low bay windows are very popular architectural forms at present. I think this kind of building structure can make the light sufficient and ventilated, bring health to residents, and buyers are also eager for it. Who knows that this design is counterproductive and has a very bad impact on the human body!

Our human body is a body full of all kinds of energy. For example, if a person walks in the dark night, it is difficult for the naked eye to find him. But if you use a far-infrared telescope, you can easily find his whereabouts. This shows that a person emits all kinds of energy and light (visible light and invisible light) all the time.

There is "qi" in human body. As early as 3000 BC to 2000 BC, China realized that there was an energy field necessary for the human body to sustain life. They call this energy field "Qi". Until 19 1 1 year, Kilner, a scientist, saw the phenomenon of human body energy field through color separator and color filter, and described the research results of human body energy field to the world for the first time. He believes that the distinctive "evil" along the ribbon is divided into three layers: the layer closest to the skin is a dark layer with a quarter-inch thickness; Outside it is a two-inch thick and light layer, and the texture of this layer is perpendicular to the body; Finally, the outline of the outer ring is blurred, and the outer light is about six inches thick.

Kilner also found that the strength and color of qi vary from person to person, depending on age, gender, intelligence and health status. Some diseases can also show irregular arrangement through the spots of "Qi". In the 1990s, Americans were better? GuyCoggins invented body light photography, and he can shoot this kind of energy light of human body through special photography methods. Interestingly, when people are mentally healthy, the spectra taken are obviously different from those taken when they are tired or sick. In other words, whether a person's body is healthy or not will directly affect the strength of the energy field around the body. The strength of this human energy field will directly affect its protective effect on the human body. Therefore, it is very necessary to keep our bodies in a certain intensity of energy field.

Glass windows can't preserve human heat, so we have to pay serious attention to the bedroom that affects one-third of our lives! When people are resting, because many functions of the body stop working and the spirit is relaxed, the pores on the skin will open, so the energy of the human body is most likely to be lost at this time. At the same time, the ability to resist external interference will be greatly reduced. Therefore, we must create a rest environment conducive to our physiological structure, so as to ensure that we can not only save energy, but also replenish energy during sleep. Looking back, let's take a closer look at our usual bedroom-if it is with a balcony, it must be a floor-to-ceiling glass door; If it is a low bay window, the window area accounts for two-thirds of the wall. In this way, our dormitory is basically open. Everyone knows that glass can't block the light, and of course it can't block the light energy emitted by the human body. So the bedroom window is too big, which is not conducive to the preservation of human energy.

"Confusion" phenomenon

When I was a child, we didn't have such a thing as air conditioning. In order to cool down, we often sleep on the balcony and roof in the open air. When I get up the next day, I will feel very tired. At this time, parents will say that this is because they are "confused". In fact, this is entirely caused by excessive energy dissipation. Therefore, rooms with balconies and low bay windows are tantamount to "confusing" and will also cause the loss of our energy. Therefore, it also caused the phenomenon of lack of sleep, fatigue, bed rest and so on. Old people are prone to insomnia. Therefore, friends with insomnia should take a look at their bedroom at once, isn't it?

Of course, there are windows, toilets or "cold alleys" behind the bedside, and insomnia can also occur. On the other hand, because the window is too big, there will be a lot of sunshine coming in. This dazzling sunlight and heat will give us an uncomfortable feeling. It will make us fidgety, impulsive, easy to lose our temper and so on. And the consequences of this behavior are terrible. For example, not being calm when driving may cause a car accident; If something goes wrong and you have a bad temper, you may have a big fight and a bloodbath; If you don't calm down when shopping, you will often buy something unsatisfactory or inappropriate and make a lot of money.

Of course, it doesn't hurt to buy a few small things by mistake and break some money. But if you make a mistake on impulse, the consequences can be imagined. Another example is that I once looked at a house for a young couple in a garden in Guangzhou. They live on the twenty-third floor. The bedroom is small, but the window is big, facing west. The strong afternoon sunshine almost filled the whole room. I immediately said, "People who live here are impulsive and spend money like water. Husband and wife often quarrel, maybe they may be angry with others or even fight outside, so it is easy to have a bloody disaster. " His wife scrambled to say, "Master, you are amazing! You hit it all! Since living in this apartment, quarreling is a common occurrence and spending money like water. It's hard to sleep at night. Some time ago, he ... "She pointed to her husband and said," I really had a fight with someone else and was cut several times. Scar seems to be hard to disappear in this life. " Say that finish, she rolled up her husband's sleeve, and sure enough, there are two very obvious scars on her arm. Her husband impatiently put down his sleeve and said, "That guy should be killed!" " It seems that the gas is still there.

I said, "It's not that I'm distracted, but that the light in the room is too strong, which will keep your nerves excited." So your temper will become very bad, you can't sleep well, you are impulsive, and troubles will follow. "She can't wait to ask," master, what should we do? I looked at the room next door. It was not big, about 12 square meters, and the window faced south. Obviously, the sunshine here is not as strong as in the west. I said, "Why don't you move to this room to sleep? You can come and feel if this room is more comfortable. " They all nodded in agreement. The wife said, "Actually, you don't have to tell me. We all moved here to sleep. Because I really can't sleep in that room. I said, "Actually, Feng Shui is not as mysterious as you think. Pay more attention to your feelings and find a room that you feel comfortable in as a bedroom and study. Because places that make you feel comfortable are often places with good feng shui. But be careful not to be misled by some popular ideas and excessive pursuit of fashion. Pay attention to the moderate size (the bedroom is preferably around 15 square meters) and the light and shade are moderate. 」

Suspended windows are more lethal.

The bay window with a low windowsill is so lethal. Not to mention the balcony! In general house design, doors and balcony doors are often aligned, while in modern architectural design, balcony doors are generally designed as several landing glass sliding door doors. This is more dispersed than large windows, and it is more difficult to gather energy. Anyone with a little knowledge of Feng Shui knows that the diagonal corner of the door is called the financial position on Luan's head. In fact, this truth is very simple, because this place, whether it is a door or a window, will not face directly, so the airflow in this place is very stable. There are always four words in feng shui: hide the wind and gather the gas. Is to find a place where the airflow is relatively stable and energy is easy to accumulate. In ancient times, houses used for living were generally square, and deep and shallow were taboo. We will discuss the shape of the bedroom in the next article.

Bedrooms should not be too shallow and too narrow.

Modern big cities are extremely densely populated. Due to the needs of urban development, many foreigners and rural population have entered big cities. Making the housing in big cities increasingly tight. Limited land, every inch of land is precious. Most people want to buy a house, and it may take half a lifetime or a lifetime of savings. In order to let more people buy houses, developers have to build smaller and smaller houses. Hong Kong is particularly prominent in this respect. First, I emphasized that the bedroom should not be too big. Today I emphasize that the bedroom can't be too small! Why is this? This is related to the so-called thick gas and thin gas in Feng Shui. Thick gas, thin gas and chemical experiment; Most of the ancient home buildings were deep and long, which made some progress. This is very scientific. What is thick gas and thin gas? We might as well give an example of chemistry first: we brought two containers for water, one is a cylindrical goblet and the other is a wide-mouthed plate. Let's assume that their capacities are equal, fill both containers with water and leave them for a while. We will find that there is not much water left in the wide-mouthed dishes. But there is still a lot of water in the cylindrical goblet. This experiment proves that the evaporation area is proportional to the evaporation speed. In other words, the larger the evaporation surface, the faster the water evaporates. or vice versa, Dallas to the auditorium

The depth of the house affects the concentration and diffusion of gas. Similarly, the shape and depth of the house will directly affect the thickness of gas in the house and the problems of gas dispersion and gas accumulation. A deep and long house, like the cylindrical goblet, has a relatively stable airflow because the window is not large (equivalent to the evaporation surface of the cylindrical goblet). On the contrary, the bedroom is too shallow and narrow, and the windows are relatively large, even French windows. Such a bedroom is bound to have thin gas and too large "evaporation surface", which will of course lead to easy loss of energy, as the saying goes. A house where a person can't get together will cause people's emotional impulses, so it is easy to offend people if you are not careful in what you say or do. As the saying goes, disaster comes from the mouth, and naturally there are many words of right and wrong. In addition, investment and shopping are wrong because of emotional impulse, and the loss of money has become an inevitable result. Therefore, feng shui masters often say: the house must hide the wind and gather gas. That's the reason.

"Man-made houses make people."

Former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill once said, "Man-made houses make man." . I don't know why he feels this way, but this is really a wise saying! Housing really affects people's behavior and psychology! When we compare the construction methods of the old and new houses, we will find that people living in the old houses are emotionally stable, conservative and frugal. Because its architectural style is mainly deep and long, with small windows and dim light. As the saying goes, it is quiet; On the other hand, modern houses are tall, shallow and narrow, with big and bright windows. People who live in it are impulsive, open-minded, spend money like water, and even wash the future money first. That's right, Yang also! If you want to leave money, of course, you should make necessary adjustments according to this situation.

The influence of room on human body. I have a friend whose daughter is only twenty years old this year. At a young age, there are many problems on my body: I often hurt my hands and feet in sports; Poor academic performance; And hepatitis; Acne has a long face, exhausted all drugs, and failed to make the face smooth; I have nocturia at night ... I once told him that his daughter's room is not good: first, there is a balcony, and second, the door is directly connected to the balcony door. And his daughter sleeps in the attic at the door. Think about it, under a person's bed, the wind blows straight, can people sleep on it? My friend has always been skeptical about Feng Shui. But he is very interested in history. I want to decorate my home recently, so please ask me to give some advice on decoration.

I didn't tell him about Feng Shui either, so I turned a corner and got involved with him in the Forbidden City. Looking for the answer from the emperor's bedroom, anyone who has been to the Forbidden City will find that the emperor's bedroom is a relatively deep and long structural form. The window was only open on one side, and it was dark. The bed is against the wall on three sides, which is not the way we set the bed on three sides now. I don't know if you have made a comparison, which way to set the bed is better? I'll leave this question for the next article.

Let's take a look at the design of the emperor's bedroom first. Where is the beauty? We posted the floor plan of the emperor's bedroom. Do you find that it looks like the side of a cylindrical goblet? The difference is that there is an additional door on the floor plan of the bedroom. But looking down from the door, it is still no different from a cylindrical goblet. A cylindrical goblet can hold water because it has no holes except the mouth. There is no hole in the bedroom from the door to the back of the house. In other words, this space is like a water cup, which can "hold" stable air and light waves. This is the so-called "gathering wind and gathering gas". Feeling serene I said, "What do you think of the imperial palace? He said: "I have been to the Forbidden City several times, and I always feel very quiet and peaceful when I walk inside. The emperor's bedroom has an indescribable sense of comfort. " "We might as well change your daughter's bedroom door to the side, according to the layout of the emperor's bedroom. How about it? " I said. As a result, he agreed with me. More than two months have passed and the house has been decorated. The family moved into their new house happily.

Two months later, a strange thing happened: since his daughter moved into a new room, the most obvious thing is to sleep until dawn and never have to go to the toilet in the middle of the night again. Besides, the acne is cured. Hepatitis has also improved significantly! Explaining the ancient intelligent practice with modern scientific language once again proves the power of geomantic omen.

Actually, geomantic omen is also a scientific form of living, but ancient geomantic omen in China has always lacked the support and demonstration of scientific theory. I very much hope that everyone can face the reality, and that departments with scientific means and instruments can conduct scientific investigations and scientific demonstrations on our living space. Raise the ancient geomantic omen in China to the level of scientific environmentology. Let more architects pay attention to it and plan and design a more scientific, healthier and more suitable house for us to live in!
