The tender documents show a lot of information about Metro Line 3, especially the construction time node that everyone is most concerned about.

According to the tender documents, the first phase of Line 3 (main line: Wen Yi West Road Station-Xingqiao Road Station? At present, the Hangzhou-Shanghai intercity railway project is in a critical period of mechanical and electrical equipment installation and debugging, and the system engineering of station wind, water, electricity, communication and signal has completed 85% of the total design.
